You quest to open the gate, or you get someone with a 2 seater flying mount to get you there,

First. Holy line or wall or something of text batman! Use a little sentence structure to make your post easier to read please.
Second, the only options to get to the PVP vendor on the wall is to quest and open the flight paths ,wait until you are 90 and buy the new flying, get a friend who is level 90 and has a 2 person flying mount, or get 3 other player to go out there (one of which being a warlock) and summon you to them.
Third, questing has been proven time and time again to be faster than running random dungeons over and over.
Finally, there are ways you can look at the armor outside of wow. If you go to the database section of Wowhead.com you can put the armor on any of the races you would like to see it on.
TL/DR: Man up, stop whining that you can't look at gear, and wait to 90 to look at gear you can't use until 90.

Please read full instructions before assembly:
Step 1: Don't drink anything containing caffeine.
Step 2A: Locate the full stop on your keyboard - probably right next to the comma.
Step 2B: Apply full stops to your text. Use the enter key to break the text up. Use delete or backspace to remove redundant text.
Step 3: Go to the Shadopan Fallback in Kun-Lai Summit. Enter the wall, use stairs to ascend it. Follow the wall south until you get to the Terrace of Gurthan, south of the Gate of the Setting Sun.
Step 4: Jump down where you can see coils of Shado-Pan Rope on the ground. Use means to avoid death if possible.
Step 5: Use Shado-Pan Rope to ascend the wall again.
Step 6: Follow the wall south.
If you're Horde, head north rather than south from Shadopan Fallback, and you won't need to negotiate problematic terrain.
OR
Step 1: Stop complaining.
Step 2: Become level 90.
Step 3: Get flight.
Step 4: Fly there.

@ Admetix: I know of no other way to get panda-flying than from the flightmasters in Vale of Eternal Blossoms. Are you saying that once there, you get flightpoint access to the PvP vendors? I didn't with my latest character. I just picked up the Alliance PvP-vendor flightpoint with my (flying) paladin while checking my memory on the ropes.

@ Admetix: Fair enough, I guess I just took that for granted for a level 90. Not wise of me.

Don't agree with the necro, but look in my signature for a gearing guide at 90. Go the Honor gear section and click on the vendors.
