Sirax Harrington
The Barracks
"
A paladin engaging in torture? What the hell?
" Sirax thought, but said nothing while he was regaining his breath. "
I better get out of here, they're nuts.
"
He took a step back. "Well, gentlemen, I'll leave you to it!" he said, following the step with another and beginning to backpedal away...

Lancalor went up to the demon "Talk"
The demon refused, Lancalor held his hand near the demon and started exorcising his soul, "Talk."

((Perfect gmod example. I have no choice but to die, as I can't even negotiate. Oh wait, I'm clever!))
Sirax Harrington
The Barracks
"And as always, the simple minded does as expected of them," the battlemage thought and showed a disappointed frown.
"Perhaps you should act a little less predictability!" a familiar voice then called from thirty feet behind Marrosh, and a second later a great roaring ball of compact bright flames came rushing towards the death knight.
The Sirax held at the point of his sword stared at Marrosh and grinned widely, before suddenly dissolving in a puff of smoke and arcane sparks.

OOC: Nice getaway
Lancalor tackled Marrosh out of the way, then facing the meteor. Simply channeled the light into a divine shield and watched the meteor scatter to pieces.

Sirax Harrington
The Barracks
Sirax Harrington wasn't one to save on shot nor powder, and immediately followed up the fireball by drawing a column of flame from the ground, exploding it beneath the feet of his foes and creating a spewing geyser of fire just moments after the previous impact.
"Damn paladins!" he cursed when the fireball hit the barrier of light, but he used the blinding flash and ensuing concussive blast and smoke from the flamestrike to dive to the side, starting to relocate to cover before the others could regain their senses.

Lancalor Orcbane
The Barracks
Lancalor Covered his eyes in pain, but he wasn't done yet.
"Two can play at that game."
He unleashed a burst of blinding light, then charged forwards.
OOC: Lancalor is more or less of an "Knight Templar" than a "Knight in shining armor".
Having your hometown taken by the scourge, and later the forsaken does that to you

Sirax Harrington
The Barracks
Sirax's emerald lenses protected him from the bright light, but it was still strong enough through the goggles that he put up his hand and shielded his eyes. The next second he saw the paladin charging towards him, greatsword at the ready.
"Bloody platemails!" the mage cursed again, mist starting to form rapidly around his left hand. Using his right hand around the other wrist for support, he took aim carefully and unleashed a steady, continuous ray of cold towards Lancalor's chest, knowing that the chill would propagate rapidly through the metal.

Thelnax Sunblade
The silos
"My reason of joining the horde is that i dislike the treatment the elfs recieved from the humans in the new alliance formed during my service under the lich king..." Thelnax said and then turned his head towards Leera. "... but If the horde do continue in the barbaric leadership of Hellscream i might join up with you alliance, after all the actions of a few do not represent the whole race."

Lancalor Orcbane
The Barracks
Lancalor dodged to the side and stopped, he already had the mage in range.
Lancalor casted a series of spells, barraging the mage with volleys of holy energy coming from above, all topped off with a large, slowing falling hammer with bolts of holy energy revolving around it.
"They never look up do they?"
?
Unknown Location
The man listened attentively to an eagle,
"Yet another death knight, a small army of demons and a battlemage huh?"
What was faust planning he thought, then pushed it aside.
It didn't matter
They all die the same.

Leera Fenwick
Approaching the docks
"Ah," Leera said wisely, "a reason as good as any."
She was pleased with the fact that Thelnax had included her with the Alliance forces. That meant that he probably suspected nothing yet, and she intended it to be kept that way.
They were coming up on the docks, and the lighthouse was beginning to tower up as they came closer. "We shouldn't approach like this," Leera informed the others - not for their sake, of course - and began to lead them in a circle towards the boathouse. "This way we have less chance of being spotted early on."
Sirax Harrington
The Barracks
"You're a good dancer!" Sirax taunted the paladin, hiding his disappointment at having only grazed the knight's armor despite aiming so carefully. The opponent was now too close for comfort, and Sirax knew he was vulnerable to the warrior's blade. "But I can't well miss now, eh?" he continued, throwing both arms forward and creating a fiery explosion in Lancalor's face, using the element of surprise and the moment's respite to draw his own crystalline sword.

((That's all well and good, but its not your decision when other people's characters die))

Hatthern the Pain Bringer

I'm recalling the prisoner

Leera Fenwick
Approaching the docks
"Stop!" Leera suddenly hissed, holding up one hand as a signal and tightening up on Araia with the other. "Someone's over there," she added lowly and pointed at a figure in black robes approaching the docks from the other end.
Sirax Harrington
The Barracks
"Oh bloody 'ell!" Sirax cried, seeing that two plagued orcs were charging towards him along with a ghoul. Around the death knight a swarm of insects formed, and Sirax realized he would have much difficulty defending himself from the simultaneous attacks.
He swung his blade in a wide horizontal arc towards the paladin, at the same time judging the velocities of the incoming attacks. Timing would be critical. He sent a stray ice lance towards the death knight, then grinned at the paladin, eyes gleaming crazily through the goggles.

Lancalor Orcbane
The Barracks
Lancalor parried the blow, then proceeded to slam the pommel of his blade onto the mage's head, while he wad dazed, lancalor moved back and watched the holy energies impact.

((It's actually quite irritating when you constantly decide your own attacks hit and my attacks miss.))
Sirax Harrington
The Barracks
Desoriented and in pain from the skull crack, Sirax' grip on his blade weakened and he dropped it on the ground. He stumbled backwards and nearly tripped, but managed to close his enchanted leather coat just morments before he was hit by the paladin's magic attacks. It absorbed most of the energy, scintillating brightly while dispersing the spells to the surrounding air.
The smell of burnt hair filled their noses, and the mage groaned from the superficial burns now covering large parts of his body. "Giving me a slow death, torturer?" he growled lowly, despising the paladin now more than he ever thought possible for such a noble group of warriors. The world was blurry and he struggled with the words, but his life-long training in concentration helped him greatly. Things were already clearing up.
Using the distance gained, he stretched out his left arm and unleashed another stream of cold, the close quarters making a miss unlikely.

OOC: You had 2 posts since i cast them, can't you move out of the way?, plus you could have rolled out.
Btw, is Sirax a southpaw?
Lancalor Orcbane
The Barracks
Lancalor took the hit head on, biting his teeth as he felt the pain, it was nothing he wasn't used too, the forsaken had plenty of mages.
"I do what i have to, I would have rather not killed you, but my ally made the decision this time, I'll try to make this quick". And with that, he launched a lance of holy energy at his foe's heart.

((Meant the skull bash actually. And southpaw as in left-handed is correct. ))
Sirax Harrington
The Barracks
Sirax sustained the stream, working to simultaneously embrittle the paladin's armor and lower his body temperature. He broke his channeling in reaction to Lancalor's cast, far from finished.
"They never teach you to be subtle?" he called, having predicted the incoming spell from the paladin's movements and lashed out to counter it. His dizzied state made his reflexes sluggish though, and the holy lance hit him dead on. The sudden movement made it miss his heart by inches. A shimmering glow emanated from the impact point as a magic armor absorbed some energy, but the next second the mage coughed up blood and became pale.
He glared hatefully at the paladin. "I didn't enjoy this fight," he spat, readying a frostbolt. "And you won't either!" he then growled, throwing the spell straight towards one of the plague spreaders' chest - which now had closed in enough to be just steps behind Lancalor.
