Well, it was asked a lot already, look older threads.

Quick review:
Fire = epic damage and some DoT;
Frost = AoE CC and nice damage;
Arcane = Nice combos and CC;

I think Frost is the cats meow, you should go frost. I personally claim Arcane as my main spec but with MoP the dot frostbomb, ice flows for mobile casting and the stackable cc's cant be beat, the damage is finally a part of frosty magedom too. cant wait for tweaks from next expansion.
