Hello, I am living in Washington state. Pacific Time zone, currently on Borean Tundra server as Horde.
Horde is outnumbered 10 to 1 making the game fairly un-enjoyable. The latency isn't a huge problem for me.
I need some suggestions for a Pacific Time Zone server, preferably California or Washington area.
Also i would like a server preferably on the Horde's side, player wise.
Thanks in advance.

I'm on Stormscale and that seems to match what you're looking for if you're interested.
Good luck.

Currently on Tichondrious, it's a PST server. However alli dominated. I was Horde but faction changed to Alli the other week.

Dentarg is fairly well matched with some nice guilds and a fairly evened out tol barad. Horde never gets wintergrasp though.
Dentarg is not Pacific, it is Eastern. He has said specifically he wanted a pacific time zone. I would also never recommend someone to transfer to Dentarg, our entire guild along with the rest of the guilds on that server left when it was converted to PVE. I am one of the reasons, after a petition, lengthly protest and causing a ruckus the server was given trasnfers off that realm.
Here is some helpful information to help you make your decision.

^ you can use a site like that to determine high/low populations, PvP/PvE/RP and location information.

^ this link is the current order of best -to- worst servers with many visual facts
http://www.warcraftrealms.com/census.php/
^ you can use that site to look up more specific population
http://www.wowwiki.com/US_realm_list_by_datacenter
^ you can use this site to find a realm on a datacenter located near you and/or time zone to make sure you have the least lag and decent performance.

That seems awfully like a copypasta. I guess also use
this as a supplement
if needed.

If you change realm. is it possible to change faction to?
I'm afraid not. A character transfer is just a character transfer. If you want to change faction as well, you'll have to purchase a Faction Change, as well.
