This account is not eligible to use a Scroll of Resurrection.
This World of Warcraft account either does not meet the qualifications to use a Scroll of Resurrection, or you may have already accepted a Scroll of Resurrection in the past.
See the FAQ
for eligibility details.

is the FAQ link.
People have been telling me how to make it work but I can't understand completly. Could someone explain how to cheat past this or something?

I have been offline for about 2 weeks now. And i have been told many times that the scrolls still work, so I dont know..

Yeah, 2 weeks doesn't do it. you had to be inactive for a time before they announced it, otherwise people would purposely do it.

Why didn’t my friend receive my Scroll of Resurrection invitation?
In order to qualify, your friend must Have at least one World of Warcraft license that was inactive
on or before March 4, 2012
.

Your account must have ran out of gametime before or on 4th March. You will never be eligible for the SoR.

Thing is, i know people that have had ran out of game time AFTER march 4th and still were able to do the SoR, like a week or 2 after i think, and some recently.

It could be - I'm just speculating here - that they inofficially pushed back that date a few weeks, maybe it's even back to the old model (eligible after 3 months of being inactive, which would make April 8th the current pivotal date) but your 2 weeks definitely don't qualify for that.

Hello,
Thing is, i know people that have had ran out of game time AFTER march 4th and still were able to do the SoR, like a week or 2 after i think, and some recently.
The only exceptions Blizzard has made to the 4th March cut off point is people who were paying for game time but did not log in at all during that payment of game time - so they were, in practice, inactive.
Other than that, not a single person whose game time ran out after 4th March has been allowed the Scroll. Not one.
Nulgar's speculation is incorrect. There was no unofficial pushback, and it was not reverted to the old system.
