Not 100% emo, but close enough to qualify (The hair and eye makeup don't really help)
She's a fine character, but its amazing the hatedom she has with the fans of the show. She got it worse than Emma Watson who also for some reason seems to have a large hatedom.

care to elaborate why? (Even if its just a stupid senseless reason).
I'm afraid I'm not really into Harry Potter. I saw all the films, and read the first 3 books before I lost interest............
And also
This
is the best fan-vid of Avatar: The Last Airbender. But warning
DO NOT WATCH IT UNTIL YOU'VE SEEN THE SHOW FINALE
It includes a lot of scenes of the last episode, so this is an AMV only for those who've seen the show.
And Patty, OZ, you're gonna LOVE the episode "Ember Island Players"

Can I talk about the space sword?
I would say yes as "The Beach" takes place after "Sokka's Master", in fact it is the episode after it.

I don't get the hate for Mai. She's one of my favourite characters and I think she and Zuko fit perfectly. Which is why I hate all the Zuko+ shippers.
HE ALREADY HAS A GIRLFRIEND STOP SHIPPING HIM WITH EVERY FEMALE ON THE SHOW

not only that, the space sword sadly doesn't play any important role in the story (regardless of how much I wanted it to)

this is the fourth time I've seen it and I still get goosebumps when I see the Season 1 Ending of Korra.
While there's some stuff I didn't liked about that ending, it was still SO AWESOME.
May there be many many many seasons and sequels for the Avatar Franchise in the future.
Too bad that they haven't yet make the move to videogames. They only made 3 avatar games for the PS2 and they pretty much hired the worst development team for it, because the games SUCK.

it'd be a hard concept to do right, I doubt any of the major game companies could do it justice

This is embarressing, but I almost teared up during the opening of Legend of Korra when Tenzin said that Aang died. And then again when Katara told Korra how her brother and many of their friends were gone now.

Mind telling us what you didn't like about the ending rankk?

Yeah, that made me a little sad. But I knew it was bound to happen. But Zuko is still alive and roaming around the world, so maybe we'll see him in the next season of Korra.

well, death is a natural part of life, and at some point we all gotta die of old age. Furthermore, in order for a new avatar to be born the other one has to die, so if Korra is around, by logic Aang must have been gone.
a timeskip of 70 years is a loooooong long time.

I can think of at least 3 game companies that could do it justice.
But not to make a videogame of the show, rather a videogame of the franchise. In other words, you playing as a custom avatar set X amount of years before the show started.
Would be even better if they pulled a move ala Dragon Age: Origins, with you being able to choose your starting nationality (Fire, Earth, Water, Air) and that choice in character creation determinate the first 2 or 3 hours of the game.
It can be done, if the initiative was shown. As it is I only bought the first and second avatar games (First one is an interquel based after the ending of season 1 but before the ending of season 2 for ATLA, the second game is a retelling of the entire second season) and they both sucked so bad I didn't even bothered with the third one.
They were so bad I didn't even finished them, and considering how seriously I take gaming where I strive to finish every game I buy, that's saying a lot of how much they suck.

gladly.
BIG SPOILER BLACK BOX INCOMING!
For a start, that we only get 1 scene of bumi. I was so eager to see him and the fleet arrive and kick some equalist ass. We only get 1 minor shot of 12 seconds and immediately cut away to the city being retaken, and the equalists defeated.
For the finale of ATLA, they didn't do that, we actually saw the order of the white lotus arrive on Ba Sing Se, we saw them fight, and we saw them take it back. I would had appreciated if they could had done the same here.
The second thing I didn't liked was how rushed it was.
I liked the concept, but it would had been much better spread over 4 episodes like on ALTA instead of 2.
The third thing, is how clean it was. Everything seems to point to Korra having lost her bending for good, and even contemplating suicide, suddenly Aang shows up, restores her bending, she enters the avatar state.
Up to that point, all is fine, but then........... boom, suddenly she and mako are a couple, Lin has her powers restored, I dunno, it seems a wee bit too clean.
I like happy endings, and I'm glad that's exactly what we got here instead of bittersweet or downright Pyhrric ending. But it would had been better (IMO of course) if it wasn't so clean. Like this:
Aang unlocks Korra's avatar state, says that after hitting rock bottom is when we're most open to the greatest change. Cue Korra entering the avatar state, in it (since she's borrowing the powers of her past lives) she can bend at GOD LEVEL, but once she's out of the avatar state, she finds out her bending is now at the lowest point, she can waterbend a few droplets of water, move a small pebbles of rocks, and produce small flames.
She must then earn her bending again by training and improving and relearning all her power from the start.
She then serves as a guide to all the other benders allowing them to regain their bending back from the start little by little, instead of undoing everything amon did with the snap of a finger.
That's just my opinion though, prizes must be earned after struggling to get them, getting something that big out of nowhere seems a little too clean.
But despite these grievances I have with it, I still loved it, and consider the show as a whole to be a truly worthy sequel to ATLA. In EVERY SENSE OF THE WAY.

They didn't know that there was going to be a season 2 until they'd finished writing season 1.
They only had 12 episodes to work the story, how could they have used 4 episodes on the finale?
Bumi better be a major character in S2, maybe even a love interest for Lin.
