Hey,
There's a great guide
here.

The first thing you need to do to be a good dk tank, isn't training. Lets say you get to level 58 and just get out of the DK quest chain. Wanting to be a tank, the first thing you do is toss on blood spec, check the guides for your "rotation" and queue as tank. Then wonder why you get booted.
The first thing you need to be a good dk tank, is actually tanking gear. The fact is all plate is not created equal. The average geared hunter can tank better than ANY yes.. ANY DK coming out of the starting zone, regardless of how many videos they watched. The reason is, in the plate you have when you start the character, you drop like a rock in water when hit by a mob. The afore mentioned hunter is stacked up in agility, which to the hunter class adds armor via DODGE. The same as a rogue. You can't kill what you can't hit. So the whole idea of being a DK tank, isn't how much damage you can do, it's how much damage you can take.
My 2nd toon is a prot warrior. I don't do much dmg aside from AoE on packs of mobs, but I generate threat by hitting every mob, every time by stacking hit and expertise, then (below 80) block (not applicable to dk) but Parry and Dodge (which are applicable).
Next, realize the mechanics of keeping aggro as a dk. You have to hit things to keep aggro. To aggro a mob, do your pull, and drop your AoE spells. Then STAY PUT until the mobs are dead. Don't pull and charge to the next group, you are not a druid, you do not have a swipe attack, and blood boil does not follow behind you as you move.
Finally, and this is very important, NEVER, EVER, EVER EVER EVER.... lose line of sight on the healer. (I am actually writing this because I am actually leveling a holy priest). A healer has to be stationary to cast heal on you. Renew can be cast while running, if you are in range, but a healer will go out of mana fast if they have to use renew on you every time you pull. What actually happens, is the healer uses renew once, then casts a cheap heal to keep it refreshed. (Which is why you see yourself being healed, even when you are at full health) It also means, the healer has a ton of mana available, to heal melee dps from AoE damage, which they tend to like, and everyone will say you are an awesome tank because you are tanking a "poop" load of damage and they (the dps) aren't dying.
And just a little pvp note... never trust a rogue. They aren't as squishy as they look, and usually, the squishier they look, the harder they hit. :o)

<insert wall of text with lots of bad advice here>
plus you have absolutely no idea
QFT
I would still advise using Blood spec to tank at any level unlike my learned friend above. Blood just gives you more tools to tank well and your learn a spec much better when you actually play it.
