You dont have to wait till next wednesday to raid again or improve your gear. Some of your gear could be simply replace if you have enough heroic badges...Shield,glvs comes to mind. Try to get that Stam Trinket from H-AN or the Def Rating Trinket from reg HoL. instead of using the glyph of Desvaste (which applies 2 sunders on a target) get the glyph of sunder armor (which applies one sunder to additional target nearby... it also works with desvaste)The glyph of cleave ... isnt all the great . Remember to spam thunderclap, Shockwave whenever it comes up and use desvaste with that glyph ...this should help you AoE tank a little better.
Alot of your gear is decent enough to MT 10naxx or to OT 25man naxx. Remember that just because your saved that fail raid doesnt exclude you from other ones that u could do for easy badges/ gear.
My best advise is to ask a couple of guildies/friends and to do a bunch of Heroics together in a row. Start with the daily H and just start hitting the fast ones / AN, CoS, VH, UK and try the ones with alot of badges Nexus or UP.
hope this helps :)

I dunno, I cleaved alot with glyph of cleaving and thunder clap but they simply overagroed me in that trash mobs wipe. Maybe I should get more expertise? Or... screw this, better go PvP?
You sure are geared to tank Naxx 10 man with no problems. If you do want to work on gear in the meantime, replace those legs. Good ones drop in H VH as well as OS. Otherwise your spec and expertise / hit rating are pretty good and you've got the right glyphs on.
You mentioned that you did have marks on the trash, were the dps going down the mark list or were they all over the place? You also said you were cleaving so that's really good. Generally with AoE packs I refresh my AoE moves as they refresh (TC/Shockwave) and Cleave in the meantime. Also I make sure to Shield Slam/Revenge/Devastate the main targets and proceed down the list. You shouldn't be having issues with trash unless you aren't spamming fast enough. Even with some of the best dps'ers and folks who aoe from the start I haven't had much problems if I stick to that routine.
And if you died, you either pulled too many packs or your healers could use some help.

So I saw how they nuke everything and started pulling and going faster, then I charged... It pulled a bit more mobs than usual, but melee dpsers started soloing umarked targers...
If DPS'ers DPS unmarked mobs and pull aggro then just let them die and pick up the mob afterwards. After a few deaths they will learn.
When I'm tanking heroics or raids and the group (non-tanks/OTs) starts pulling then I ask them to not do that and let the tanks pull. Second time a DPS'er or healer pulls I simply leave. I'm not wasting my time in those groups.

It could just be that the dps are way over geared for you. Whenever my guild needs to run fresh 80's through naxx, we always make sure there is at least 1 well geared tank, 1 well geared healer, and 2-3 well geared dps (well geared in that there isn't a shot in hell they need ilvl200 stuff from reg naxx) to make sure some of the important bases are covered. If your a starting raider, you will want to make sure you start as an OT, not a MT that way you can learn the fights on the fly with less pressure, and gear up at the same time.

Its actually pretty unusual for dps to pull in naxx, even over geared groups chain pulling for full runs in under 2 hrs (unless they are misdirecting to you). I would probably leave a pug also if i saw the dps pulling instead of the tank unless i was already saved to the instance. Not really an elitist thing, just a common sense type thing imo. Attacking unmarked targets however IS extremely common. There's only a few situations where a mob might be marked that has to be focused (like gargoyles). Heck it should be pretty common in Heroics also. That's all on the tanks shoulders though; and it sounds like a gear issue more so than anything.
Your best bet is really to get into a guild though. Pugs are a crapshoot, and if your unlucky your screwed for that week. Look for a guild starting up thats recruiting 75+ or fresh 80's. You might have to wait a week or 2 for them to be ready, but at least your raid group will probably be around the same gear level.

I've tanked Naxx with almost identical gear( I do have better legs). I would recommend getting
http://www.wowhead.com/?item=44485
on the gloves over the hit. Also..pay attention to who mob or boss are targeting when they are being pulled off of you. If it's the same raid member repeatedly...put vigilance on that raid member.
Also..and I have commented against this glyph many a time..as a tank.. having the glyph of cleave is a waste if you know what your doing. Cleave is a already a multi-targeting ability. Why waste a major glyph spot to hit one extra target..with thunderclap and shockwave already available as mob aggroing abilities. Get the glyph of Devastate and learn to use focus target and rotation to hold a mob. Use cleave during a rotation if you want to multi-target, while thunderclap is on cool down. If your attacking spam rotation is sound..you shouldn't be having trouble tanking.unless the raid group is that bad.

Well to address Zakkhars comments..to each his own when it comes to tanking. Cleave is not a big part of my attack rotation and I do fine. Not every glyph has to be about mob trashing..how about the glyph of shield wall for instance. Sorry but anyone who says focus target sucks..just doesn't know how to use it. He already has the glyph of devastate?..really..check again.
How I contradict myself eludes me..maybe you read things in a different way..the part about cleave rotation refers to target rotation. Cleave>target 1/2..rotate to target 3 ..Cleave>target 3/2. Focus back to target 1 and repeat. This is for people who want to use cleave as a staple of mob holding..thus freeing up a major glyph spot. You don't need to be hitting all three at the same time to hold and if some dps screws up the target rotation and hits the wrong mob target..is when taunt/mocking blow come into play. Finally..Thunder Clap too 6s (and its threat is pretty low in comparison to Cleave) ..you really need to go freshen up your knowledge about thunderclap mechanics before making this comment.

I understand if people don't think Cleave is worth glyphing into, but I haven't found anything else more worth wide. Why have to switch targets when tanking packs, when the glyph automatically does that for you? It's a dummies approach to tanking, and I'll take it any day over the other options available. To me it gives me a sense of relief that I don't have to worry about switching targets tanking packs of mobs.
Here's a great example of how I'm glad I had it. This weekend in 25 Naxx I was OTing the adds during KT. Somehow the MT died and I had to pick up KT for the last 15% of the fight. Well I dragged the adds with me and had to tank them all for the last 15%. Well I simply had to target KT and spam cleaves during the fight. If I didn't have the glyph, I might have had to switch to a different target and missed a spell interrupt. KT + 2 mobs = 3 mobs which is perfect for the Glyph of Cleaving.
