Ava Killian
Location:
Dalaran
Ava had happily finished
Herbs: Look Before You Eat!
, and was about to return it to her stack, when she doubled over in her chair. Sweat started pouring from her face. A massive headache pounded on her temples. Ava gripped the arms of her chair, her knuckles turning white and blood forming beneath her fingernails.
She continued gripping, calming her mind and resisting the temptations of magic. It disappeared as quickly as it came on, her withdrawal symtoms fading. She gave a deep sigh, and picked up another book from the stack.

Location: Thelsamar
"Is he ever going to forgive me?" Sasha asked walking out of a store with a backpack over her shoulder Richard walking along side her. Richard shrugged as they met up with the others and started to walk south. "So how much longer?" She asked after they've been walking for awhile.
"Is she ever going to shut up?" Sparkbolt asked Grindgear who was sitting on the suits shoulder. "Well her brother did say she didn't get out much. This is probably the most she's ever walked." Grindgear chuckled looking over his shoulder at the other two. "This is going to be a long walk."

Dennis Hendricks, Tae'sash Firebloom
Stromguarde, Arathi Highlands
Dennis and Tae stood up as the humans approached. "Are you the ones with the female Orc?" The one in the lead, an older looking human asked, and Dennis nodded. "I'm Sir Ivan Edward, trainer of the gladiator orcs for a noble house in Alterac, and these are other trainers as well. We're here to start the bidding on her." The man said, and Tae and Dennis shared a grin before the High Elf stepped forward with a bow. "Gentlemen, the bidding will start at 500 gold....do I hear a higher amount?" He asked with a grin before settling down to take the bids.

Character: Kitanga
Location: Stromgarde
Description:
Kitanga managed to survive Blackmoore's purges, but her father was not so lucky. Before he died, he managed to find her shelter in the Warsong Clan. Unfortunately, it wasn't enough. While out gathering food, she was attacked by a mountain lion, and though she'd managed to kill it, she'd been wounded pretty badly. She'd managed to get to a cave to treat her wounds, but she'd gotten sloppy and had been discovered by a human and an elf.
Kitanga is a 18 year old female orc. Her black hair is messy from days in the wilderness and her clothes are ragged from years of wear.
Now she was on the auction block in Stormgarde. She growled quietly and grit her teeth. She couldn't understand what the elf was saying, but she had an idea.
"
The spirits will see you burn,
" she muttered in Orcish.
Character: John "Jack" Halgrind
Location: Arathi Highlands
Description:
Jack had graduated from squire to knight during the Second War, eager to defend his native Alterac against the Orcish Horde. For nearly a year, he fought against them, only to find his lord Perenolde allying with them after Blackmoore brought them into the fold.
More and more it seemed like Perenolde was bowing to Blackmoore, even to the destruction of the neighboring kingdoms. Yet his duty to the crown meant that he had to follow the king. So he continued to serve, despite his misgivings.
Jack is in his mid thirties, with neatly trimmed hair and beard. His grey eyes are steely and determine, and as hard as his tempered steel armor.
"Border's been quiet today..." Jack observed quietly. His squire, Samuel, nodded as the orange flag of Alterac billowed in the wind.

Dennis Hendricks, Tae'sash Firebloom
Stromguarde, Arathi Highlands
Dennis smiled as he leaned back against the wagon, watching the bidding frenzy intensify as the Orc was led out to be better shown to the buyers. "And I hear 3000 gold, does anyone want to match that? Ah there we go, 3500, keep it going boys, keep it going." Tae laughed as he pointed at the raised hand as the price kept rising.
We're going to be rich from this!
Dennis though, his grin growing wider.
Morgan La Fay
Human Marksman
Capitol City, Lordaeron
Morgan is a skilled marksman and private assassin for the Loyalist movement of Lordaeron, and servant of King Blackmoore. He has short cropped brown hair, a nondescript face, and black eyes. La Fay is part of a family that makes it living by assassination, but usually don't work for one particular group. His preferred weapons are a pair of gnomish pistols and a dwarven long rifle.
Morgan stood in one of the alcoves of the throne room of King Blackmoore, a slight smirk on his features as he watched the morning court and the subservient bootlickers who kissed up to the 'real' power of the country.
Pathetic.
The human though, and pulled the brim of his hat over his eyes as he waited for court to end so that he could report to his patron and get the next job.

Morgan La Fay
Capitol City, Lordaeron
Morgan watched as the throne room cleared out and stepped forward as the last of the couriers left. He walked towards the throne where the large figure of Blackmoore, in the signature armour the king had been wearing since he had killed the leader of the Horde. Once the marksman reached the bottom of the step, he bowed low, but kept his face hidden by his hat so that Blackmoore couldn't see the smirk on his face.
"Your Highness." La Fay said, his voice low and soft. "La Fay; did you enjoy the idiocy of the court?" Blackmoore asked as the marksman stood up, clasping his hands behind his back as he looked up at the King. "Always your Highness; truly, it makes me laugh how the nobles of the court lick your boots while backstabbing each other." La Fay said with straight expression on his face.
The King chuckled at that and shook his head. "Do you always feel the need to flaunt my authority?" He asked, and La Fay shrugged, a smirk creeping across his face. "Of course I do your Highness; that's who I am after all." The marksman laughed as he straightened up. "Since the only other one you allow to speak to you like that is Archmagi Kel'Thuzad. So your Highness, the head of the mercenaries was killed as you asked, and I found the information he had been smuggling." La Fay said as he passed a sealed message tube to the king.
Blackmoore read the information over while La Fay continued to stand there at ease. The King grunted and nodded at his personal assassin, then tossed him a large bag of gold. "Thank you your Highness." La Fay said with a slight mocking bow as he pocketed the gold. "I should have you killed La Fay." Blackmoore said, a slight chuckle in his voice.
"If you did that your Highness, you'd lose out on your best killer." La Fay reminded him as he waited for his next order. "Yes, you are correct. Very well..." The King said as he gave La Fay his next job.

Character: Kitanga

Kitanga struggled in vain against her chains. "
Go ahead. Enjoy living now. Get fat and lazy. Whether it be tomorrow or in a hundred years, you'll all die when the orcs rise up again!
" she snapped at the bidders.
Character: Jack Halgrind
Location: Alterac
"I suppose it's time to go home," Jack nodded, looking over at the sun as it brushed against the horizon. "Come Samuel."
"Yes, Milord," Samuel replied, spurring his horse.

"Look at that strength!" Tae said with a smile as he waved his hand at the orc. "She's a feisty one, and will provide a lot of excellent children for whatever lucky gladiator is her chosen." The High Elf said, and nodded as the bidding shot up again; it was almost at the 10 thousand mark.
Morgan La Fay
Capitol City, Lordaeron
Morgan strode through the halls of the castle, his standard smirk on his face and his eyes half lidded as he walked. The marksman was thinking of the newest job he had been given, and was considering the best way to pull it off.
I do love working for Blackmoore; such a perfect place to test my talents and get filthy freakin' rich.
He thought to himself with a low laugh as he nodded at the honour guards as he headed for an exit that would lead to the stables.

Captain Warpath
Silverpine Forest
Warpath glared at the elf. So far, the b*tch had given him nothing but useless information.
"I asked you how well guarded the gates of Silvermoon are." He stated.
The tall woman smiled. "Ah yes, the gates. They are beautiful this time of yeah, but even moreso in winter. My darling daughter loves to run around near the gates. It could be dangerous, so I make sure her father or I are always there."
Warpath stared for a moment, completely befuddled. "Why were you in the south? We found you traveling north."
"Yes, the south does have some glorious landscapes. I can see why my husband;s friend remains there, rather than coming up north with us." She replied.
Warpath glared. He could only imagine she was stalling.

Character: Kitanga
Location: Stromgarde
All of Kitanga's struggles only seemed to be making it worse. The humans were only getting more excited.
Deciding to try something else, she scowled defiantly and sat down with her arms crossed. She wasn't going to put on a show for them.
Character: Jack Halgrind
Location: Alterac
After half an hour of quiet riding, Jack once again came into view of his modest estate. It wasn't extravagant, but compared to the surrounding serfs' houses, it was very large. Samuel and he rode into the stables and he left the squire to remove their saddles and bridles as he walked into the house.

"Keep it going, let's get that price up!" Tae'sash called, in his element as he snapped his hands out making blooms of fire flowers appear. "And there it is: the bid for 12 thousand gold....do I hear 12050?" He asked, grinning even wider as the bids continued to build. Dennis shook his head from where he was leaning against the wagon, already wondering what to spend that gold on.
Morgan La Fay
Capitol City, Lordaeron
Morgan saddled his own horse, keeping to the illusion among the servants that he was nothing more then a messenger, instead of one of the most successful killers for the Blackmoore monarchy. As he worked, he kept an ear cocked towards the stable, as he had gained information in the stables before that had helped him with the intrigues of the central courts.
He slowed and began to listen as he heard someone mention the name of Trollbane. "Aye, supposedly there is an armed force heading for the Wall to fight the Trollbanes again. Supposedly they are traveling through the Forest and across the foothills; said there was something about asking Alterac for assistance." The stablemaster told the guard and Morgan grinned as he swung onto the back of his horse; a simple roan that he had taken from a group of farmers that had been seized by the Blackmoore's. "Let's go girl, we have a long ride ahead of us." La Fay murmured as he sent the horse into a trot out of the stables and into Lordaeron City.

Character: Kitanga

"None of you even speak Orcish, do you?" Kitanga growled, looking over the crowd. "Well, you know what, that's fine," she sneered, spitting at one of the nearest humans. That was a language she knew they understood.
Character: Jack Halgrind
Location: Alterac
"I'm back," Jack called out, leading his baker to glance toward the door, flour all over her face.
"Oi, Missus 'algrind, Jack's back!" she called up the stairs.
"Thank you Heather," a voice came from upstairs. Soon Jack's wife was carefully descending down, dressed elegantly in a fashionable silk dress. "Good evening, Jack," she smiled.
"You're looking wonderful, Samantha," Jack smiled. "I'm glad you like the dress."
"It's wonderful," Samantha smiled. "It's what all the women in Lordaeron are wearing."
Jack frowned for a moment when she mentioned that kingdom, but quickly regained his composure. "Anything for you, my darling," he smiled again.
