I got a fun idea, if you had to put together an emergency zombie survival kit with
just the things you have in your house right now
, and had to immediatly go on the road with it, what would you pick for light traveling or traveling heavy?
For traveling heavy I would pick
- My Backpack
- Two large fixed blade knives
- A smaller folding knife I have with an LED flashlight, whistle, and a fire started built in
- A hatchet
- A crow bar
- A box of canned food and bottled water (as much as I can fit in my car)
- A sleeping bag
- Some string and some Christmas bells in my attic to set up a perimiter when I have to sleep
- A sleeping bag
- A first aid kit
- A journal
- A larger flashlight
- Batteries
- A large box of matches
- A lighter
- Lighter fluid
- A mess kit
- A few towels in case I need rags or something
- A baseball bat
- A tool box with a hammer, hack saw, bolt cutter, ect.
- A canteen
- A few sharpening stone
For light travel (if I had to abandon my car) I would take
- A backpack
- One fixed blade knife
- One pocket knife
- A hatchet
- A canteen
- Matches
- String/bells
- A sleeping bag (I would wrap the bells in it so they dont make noise)
- First aid kit
- A single sharpening stone
- A flashlight
- Batteries
- As much food and water as I can fit in the remaining space.

There's an AWESOME anime called "High School of the Dead" it's just about high school students surviving the apocalypse together. You have;
The Nerd
The Jock
The Samurai (For some reason)
The Nurse(ish) Girl
The B!#$%
And of course there is romance and all that fun stuff
There are swears and nudity
Honestly, I couldn't believe how good of a story it had, you guys should check it out...

I was reading The Walking Dead and I realized there are no child zombies. In no books or movies I've seen have there been any child/teen zombies. In one movie there was a baby being born as a zombie, but that's it. Is it simply because no one cares to make child zombies or is there are reason there are none? (Or do I just keep missing them cause I'm blind.)
There are zombie children in the 2nd Resident Evil movie.

No, it's in a school where they start swarming and eating a woman.
And they are like 8 years old.

There's that little zombie girl in the first episode.

If we're counting 28 days later as a zombie movie, there is a child zombie in that, in the hamburger place when they stop for gas. Definitely at least one in Shaun of the Dead- I think he had a soccer ball or something. In Night of the Living Dead (classic and 1990), the one couple's daughter spends the whole night comatose then wakes up as a zombie. In Night of the Living Dead- the 3D version about a pot farm- the little girl becomes a zombie too. Return of the Living Dead II has a zombie child, chasing around his former friend. Some really bad non-English Zombie movie I have- I forget the name, but it takes place in Africa- has a zombie child too. It's more common than you might think.

Yeah but I'm thinking more where it's focused on the fact that they're children, not just tiny zombies. Because I think that's definitely an issue as far as moral and such goes.Well, they don't really treat it as a moral issue, but Dead Space 2 has
The Pack
, which are definitely focused on the children aspect.

Thanks. Well the issue doesn't have to be morals only, but seperating children from adults can make the story a lot more intense.Yeah. There's also babies that you have to kill. Some of them giggle and coo and then explode.
Still, the game didn't really frighten me. On my third playthrough at the moment.
Still haven't finished Amnesia...

Dawn of the Dead had the little girl zombie...or at least, the remake did. Biggest reason why Walking Dead doesn't have kid zombies is because of the types that exist; the roamers and the solitary ones; more then likely some of the big cities have a large number of child zombies, but they wouldn't really be able to keep up with the other roamers.
And the baby demons from Silent Hill are freaky as hell.

Not a zombie movie in the classic sense, but has a similar feel. In this movie, ONLY the children are affected, and they get it in their head that they need to kill all the adults in horrible and gruesome ways.
