Neat updates!
Thank you for updating, you might want to change the title to 4.1 instead of 4.0.3

I'm just wondering about stat priority for Sub.
You say Haste is top while AJ
says
"Crit > Haste > Mastery > Expertise".
Now, that AJ article is clear in saying that the weights are taken from PvE theorycraft and should be taken with a pinch of salt but I'm still very new to Rogue PvP, coming from Mutilate and trying to learn to play Sub so I currently have a lot of Mastery that I'm reforging.
Is Haste the best stat to go for?

That guy is sloppy.
Look at the sheet he posted:
The sheet clearly shows haste with 1.35 ep value and crit with a 1.1 ep value in the subtlety section.

Ah, that is interesting. Thanks.

When opening on a caster I save my premed because still gives you enough time to get up to 5 points for a full Kidney as Garotte falls off. Following straight into a Kidney is just doubling up your controls.
Honestly though, if you get a Fire Mage then you're in a pretty good place even before pressing any buttons ^_^

The catch about mages is that they can blink out of stuns and a good mage will turn around so you can't backstab him. To help that, you can Premed > Garrote > Kidney, so you can easily backstab him. You may choose to also blow your Shadow Dance early after the kidney, which will make the mage have to use his trinket.

I think that blink barely matters when you have something like shadow step and its 1v1 and i guess thats what asakawa meant.
Edit:
Dont be scared to open with cheap shot on a mage in a 1v1.
Premed, cheap shot (he blinks - if he doesnt, free dmg), shadowstep, kidney shot and see them be forced into an early trinket.

Thanks for the reply. What about opening on a highly-armored opponent? Premed -> Garrote -> Kidney shot?
Depends.
I sometimes blow an early cloak in duels with paladins, because they will always cast their attack right after your garrote which gives you an extra few seconds to build combo points. So you can drop something else first and a kidney shot when the cloak ends.
Duels are really janky, just do a gouge after your garrote and there will always be a chance that they trinket it.
Hey. A very nice guide, but can you make one with combat aswell? It would be very nice, with a pvp guide for combat rouges, updated to cata. Hope you can help me. Shadowknife
This guide is mostly made for arena use and combat is not usable in arenas (except for lolcomps).
It can however be used as a battleground specc, but still isnt optimal.
If you have any specific questions about combat pvp, then feel free to ask.

Someone may have already asked this, so I'm sorry if I repeat the question, but:
Is Landslide definitively better than Hurricane and it's just there because they're similar and Hurricane is cheaper?
Or are they pretty much equal?

is glyph of cloak of shadows not better then having glyph of blind for sub pvping? 40% less physical damage seems to be damn good.
Too short than
Combat Readiness
and less useful, as for arenas it's 100% useless. If you ever want to kill someone you must have blind and garrote glyphs 3rd is up to you if you're assassination(if you're sub then it's premidition for sure).

i've played a rogue since bc. my personal opinions/what works for me:
sub for pvp; start with garrote, glyph of hemorage and use hemo to bring ur combo pts up to 5, recoup for energetic recovery, hemo to 5, rupture, then keep up recoup and eviscerate to keep up rupture. use cd's as seen fit. usually dont need em too much.

Just wondering, I have a rogue, full vicious, Landslide enchant, etc; but I don't seem to hit as high as other rogues. When I'm on my Mage, 3.8k Resil, rogues can hit 20-30k quite easily on me. But I'm lucky to hit 10-15k on someone. Just wondering on why this is, because I've given up on my Rogue because of this..
