being able to disguise yourself as an enemy target for a few seconds ( or perhaps longer, breaking on action ) would be rather hilarious.
im really not interested in using 2H weapons, doesnt suit rogues at all and would be pretty silly

My suggestions for 51-pointers:
Assassination:
Contract Killer (Finishing Move) - Increases damage you deal to that target by X% for Y seconds. 1.5 minute cooldown.
X / Y
15 / 05 - 1 CP
30 / 10 - 2 CP
45 / 15 - 3 CP
60 / 20 - 4 CP
75 / 25 - 5 CP
Combat:
Flayer's Frenzy - The Rogue turns into a
Flayer
and goes on a killing frenzy, increasing <his/her> attack and movement speed by 20%, and increasing <his/her> attack power by 100% for 12 seconds. While under the effects of Flayer's Frenzy, the Rogue cannot be Feared or Polymorphed. 4 minute cooldown.
Subtlety:
Dark Embracing - 20% of the damage you deal with melee attacks and abilities is dealt as Shadow damage. This damage cannot be partially or fully resisted.

An AOE poison attack of somesort would be great
How about being
able to apply poison's to party member's blades?
(Something to make us a little more valuable in party)
An idea for PvP - how about a talent that would poison a target's food or healing for the first attempt, maybe call it "
SPOIL
"
A new ranged weapon for rogues, a
Blow-gun
, that can fire poisoned darts. (Maybe make the darts regular when purchased so any class can use, but Rogues can envenom them, and that way we could sell them on the AH).
I guess I'm looking for something that makes us more group friendly.

I don't foresee shadow damage, as that is a bit too arcane. This would also up the amount of shadow resistant gear used. To not make any damage resistable my not be able to be done in the tooltip. Nature damage would be a much better scenario imo.
