I don't
think
that's possible but remember that you can use icons.

Thanks. I've got the icons in there - thanks to your example. I'll try and find a place for color inside the tab contents somewhere appropriate.
Thanks for your prompt response.
EDIT: I just remembered why I thought it was possible. Yours are green in your example. How did you do that?

A question about tabs.
When I do tabs name = XYZ
that names this particular set of tabs, right? For every set of tabs within a guide, it needs to have a different tabs name? I think so, but why is this? What does the tabs name actually represent and do?
Thanks.

If I made a set of tabs called "My Tabs" and had a tab in that set called "Tab One" then the page makes anchors to the tabs for you so when you click the tab called "Tab One" your browser address bar will show something like:
ht
tp://ww
w.wowhead.com/guide=1000/your-guide#my-tabs-tab-one

Ahh ok. I'm nesting tabs and want to cut and paste tabs within them, but this means I have to name all of them different.
Cheers.

Is it possible to use the WoW/TBC/WotLK/Cata logos as icons? If so, what are the respective names for them? Is there a list for all icons somewhere?

Those don't work as an icon for guides though.
Or I'm doing something wrong, cause using "bc" / "wotlk" or "cata" as icon name doesn't work.
I'm trying to get those expansion icons in the tabs, infront of the tab name.
ie. like this

I'll check but I don't think that's possible. "Icon" is specifically a database icon like for a spell, item or achievement.

Yeah, that's why I was hoping those Expansion icons where in the database somewhere. They are used inside the database, so I'd assume they are saved as an icon somewhere?
ie.
Blackrock Caverns

What I mean is that "icon" in this case means anything you could use as a Wowhead forum avatar (without premium).

Alright, understood.

Anyone can use it in Guides. Only staff can use it on the forum.

Hey mate.
I wonder if it is possible to have multiple seperate table of contents?
I may explain what I mean better by explaining where I need it:
So far I have written guides for 7/8 in Dragon Soul, and I'm about to write one for Deathwing (will not publish it until I have the kill personally). In one of these guides, a user suggested making a compendium for the entire Dragon Soul with a tab for each boss. I have tried making the tabs, but as each guide has it's seperate toc, what seems to be listed is every point from all the guides in every tab.
This is what I would like to write
Text A
Text B
Text C
Text D
But what I get is
Boss1 tab......Boss2 tab
Text A............ Text A
Text B............ Text B
Text C............ Text C
Text D............ Text D
So what I'm basically asking would be something like:
Is there a way to assign a unique id to your headers/toc or do i manually have to create a table of content using /url for each tab?

Sadly that's a bit more sophisticated than the \ tag is capable of. You can tell your ToC to ignore \s (\) and you can tell specific headings not to be included (\) but you can't make more than one different ToC in a single page.
However it's not that hard to make your own ToC using anchors and links. I made this guide and my Warlock guide before I knew there was an automated ToC.
God luck with it.

I agree it's not hard at all, only takes some extra coding, which is ofc what I'm gonna do :)
I was just wondering if there was an easy trick to do it, so I wouldn't "waste" my efforts. There's no reason to do things the hard way ;)
Tyvm for the quick reply - and Merry Xmas

Well, this is pretty advanced formatting and I must admit that I would probably resort to tables myself for the alignment but I wonder if a \ would solve your problems for floating on the right?
I want

Like this
Bolding the text in a mini box makes it a bit less "mini"
Hope that's helped a bit.
