Hello people. i have decided to get my rogue into pvp and try it out. After i been browsing the homepage alittle i got the impression envenom spec is the better spec to go for at this moment. and i was wondering if a spec like this seems solid?

Also im not sure what poisens i should use on main and offhand to get the best dps boost possible
Also if there is a few tips that could help me out i'd gladly take them :)
Thanks in advance :)

closer to
this
MH wound OH deadly
the final spec/glyphs depend on your comp play style
but things you dont want to miss are heightened senses and seal fate, focused attacks and lethality are, for all practical purposes, worthless

Hello mate, and thanks for your reply. But i see you have putten stuff in like imp. Evis. wich i dont quite understand, arent i suposed to use envenom as my finisher?

no, it depends what comp you are up against, say you are fighting a priest mage team or the likes
you will have a second
2.8
1.8 weapon for a switch macro for your off hand
with mindnumbing or wound on it

you will have a second 2.8 weaponwut

second, meaning two as opposed to one...

I was more concerned with 2.8

i lold, i think everyone gets what i mean
edit to clarify

Even so, I don't think it's so imperative that it be 1.8, and against a frost mage I'd prefer a 1.4.

why would you want a 1.4 as opposed to a 1.8 in the absence of deadly poison

Just for magi for the extra poison application, I hate being slowed without having any slows on them. :(
I see your point though.

wound poisons is PPM now so the speed of the weapon is irrelevant (you would actually get a higher proc rate with it as opposed to a 1.5)
mindnumbing has a 50% procrate, that coupled with wound on your MH would mean that you would be getting enough procs to keep anyone slowed

Ah, I didn't know that about Wound Poison. So then the only benefit would be cheap shivs, which is meh compared to more burst. Well, at least I can say I learnt something today. :)
