I can't say how sorry I am for all the stupid wasting of time/nerves on dilemmas about world PvP - should I kill or not...I might write a 1000 lines about it, and not say enough...
Now, it's like this:
If the guy is on my BlackList - I kill, with pleasure
If not - it's the matter of my mood atm, and (not) having time to spend/waste
tbh, think less, kill more, and if corpse camped - relog to bank, check AH, take a loo session (this part was censored in original, i suppose its more appropriate now :) ), and log back knowing that guy was wasting time while u didn't (if it's possible not to waste time with wow)

Okay on my warlock i kill if i see a challenge. Like a gr of 3-5 hordes are standing and will begin a gr quest. Those are funny to to kill. On my rogue (who is only lvl 30) im ganking everything that moves, if i get killed i logg on to my warlock and kill them untill they hs.
So, if you gank me, then sure fun for you, you will die.
Gank my alt = get cc'ed

My code is:
If stronger, leave alone, if weaker, kill (he will eventualy kill me in a BG or later)
If I attack first and he kill me, its ok, i rezz and will try harder
If I didnt attack first and he kill me, I log on main and kill him twice
If I attack and he has a lvl 70 rogue/druid friend stealthed next to him and that rogue/druid attack me, I log on main, and kill them twice.

I'm on a PvE server, so I only bother with attacking other people when they do something stupid...like raid Westfall, Southshore, Astraanar, Crossroads, Tarren Mill, and other low level areas. A bunch of 70s running around killing lvl 40 and lower quest givers and guards just doesn't seem like much fun. I'd understand these actions better if they'd raid in outland or raid a main city, but otherwise its pointless. -_-
Reminds me of a time a group of Horde were raiding Southshore. I and 2 other 70s left their pvp off (after they had died the first time) and the second the horde group attacked the flight master we bum rushed them. I dropped treants on the tank, who was tanking a gryphon, and we proceeded to kill them one by one with the gryphons helping kill the rest. It was hillarious.
But if in the world with people who leave their pvp on, I don't attack them. There's usually some rogue that'll enjoy doing it stealthing around.

I avoid fighting in world PvP, unless really provoked... Being a holy paladin does not offer all that many chances to jump on some guy in nullify him in mere seconds. Even if I were a big DPS class, I wouldn't attack players with less than 50% hp/mana, or ones with rez sickness, or ones fighting mobs, and so on... I see PvP as figuring out who is stronger, not just getting the HK of some dead meat. *shrug* Real life philosophy brought to WoW is teh l33t!
Also, I have post #101 here, bow before me!
