Go frost. It's the easiest up until higher end content where blood reigns supreme.
At 60 all you really need to do is use frost pres+death and decay=beastly threat. Until 80 you can pretty much just never use anything but D&D and diseases and hold enough aggro easily.

If you're just starting out, get used to keybinds, as a DK you have so many skills that you're gonna be using in combat you need to get keybinds down, clicking is for noobs.
Top left bar
Action Bar 1
a-X = Alt + Key
s-X = Shift + Key
You can switch alt to control and move the keys around your bars how you choose, but generally you want your most used skills bound to QERF and the shift variants, they're nice and close to WASD and shift is easily pressed with your pinky.
I have a few more keybinds than that, I think I use about 24 skills all keybinded, getting used to this will increase your reaction times, which is a good thing.
If you're not sure which skills to bind to what, put Plague strike, Icy touch, Blood Strike, Obliterate, Frost Strike, Howling Blast and Dark command on your main bar (so the QERF + Shifts)
Then you can put skills like Death Grip, Chains of ice, Brain Freeze, Strangulate, Horn of Winter, Icebound Fortitude e.t.c on your top left bar, there's a few skills left so just put them where you want.
I personally have Death and Decay bound to Shift and Tab on my bottom right action bar but that's just me, put it where you want.
Hope this helps.
