Ok, so I have 67 Frost badges and I am not sure what to do with them, so I am looking for advice. My armory is
http://www.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Altar+of+Storms&cn=Falahu
. I know my chest is tier 7, but I have been trying to get
Chestguard of Broken Branches
. So I figure my options are the
http://www.wowhead.com/?item=50997
, which I like a lot, I could wait till I get 95 badges and get
Vestments of Spruce and Fir
, I could upgrade one of my trinkets, or i could just keep saving for tier gear. What do you guys think?

If you have the options to get emblems reasonably fast (e.g. you raid at least ICC 10 every week) you should just save the emblems and wait until you can afford 4t10. It's far better than any single piece you can buy.
Otherwise the chest is perfect and the cloth belt is also very good. Just keep in mind that basically the same belt in leather drops off Putricide 25 and a chest nearly as good drops from the Blood Prince Council in 10man. If you can kill any of those bosses I wouldn't waste emblems and go for the 4set instead.

I still say buying Spruce and Fir first isn't generally a bad idea, since the ideal setup for most people is 4t10+Spruce and Fir. And buying Spruce and Fir first gives you a piece you can immediately start wearing with 4t9
and a chest nearly as good drops from the Blood Prince Council in 10man
This one is cloth though, so there's a pretty good chance your raid leader isn't going to give it to you.
