actually they can't be triggered simultaneously but since meta doesn't trigger the GCD they can be put in the same macro. it just requires a double press of your button.
i use:
#showtooltip metamorphosis
/cast Immolation Aura(Demon)
/cast Metamorphosis
but you could easily put trinkets in there too.

yup, 13 and 14 are trinket slots (10 is gloves for engineers).
meta is a special case of something that can be put in a macro with a GCD ability. most other spells can not without the use of castsequences which are
verboten!
^_^
basically, although it looks like a meta macro it is actually an immo aura macro that pops trinkets (including the biggest trinket of all, meta).

How would that even work? Wouldn't you get an error since you can't use Immo Aura unless you're already -in- Meta?
I'm not arguing, since it obviously works for you, but I are failboat @ macroz and that just doesn't look like it would work to me.
Bolded the important text.

Yeah, I get the double click part. The way I read it, it sounded like he was suggesting that, by putting immo aura first, it wouldn't require a double click. I'm already using the first macro (minus the trinkets), but one click is better than two. If he'd found a way around the double clicking thing then I'd be all over it.
It will simply ignore the command it does not recognize (spells that can not be cast) and cast the spell that can be. Since you can not cast Immolation Aura without Meta being popped, it will simply cast Meta at the first push, and then cast Immolation Aura at the second push.
