Reflective shield is a pvp talent, as it only benefits when you yourself are taking damage with the shield up. Nothings stuns or dispels in PvE consistantly enough for you to take Silent Resolve and Unbreakable Will. If your tanks are even remotely decent you won't be getting crit for Martyrdom to help. Absolution and Improved mana burn are more pvp talents. Pick up Inner Focus.
Ah the hell with it, this is your pve spec:

Nazeka's spec is fine to start with if all you want to do is heal your way through dungeons the entire way. Consider the
Energizerâ„¢ spec
for leveling if you want to be able to quest and still heal the occasional dungeon.
Edit: Nazeka's follow-up spec is a cookie-cutter level 80 Disc spec, although I prefer 2/2 Healing Focus and 3/5 Spell Warding as opposed to Divine Fury because some raid mechanics have unavoidable damage which can interrupt spellcasting and I don't use GHeal.
Once you get Soul Warding, stop using Renew. Even on DPS who only take a little bit of damage, either shield or Flash Heal them. If you can turn on a threat indicator in your UI, you can tell who's actually got a mob's attention and is taking constant damage vs someone who only took a bit of splash damage. Renew is usually wasted on a DPS because the either (1) aren't taking enough damage to make the most out of Renew's total healing or (2) are dying too fast for Renew to be an effective way to keep them up. If you plan on ending up Discipline, get used to the idea of not using Renew.
As for reflective shield, it only works on yourself. It will not reflect damage that the tank is taking. Therefore, it's more of a PvP talent.

Staff IMO. It prevents you from having to keep upgrading your offhand item, which you'd have to do if you got the mace.

Get the staff, and if you have more extra badges you can get the SP trinkets.
