Raid-safe way to move Boss1TargetFrame?

Is there a raid-safe way to move the frame that shows up on the bosses in icc (gunship, blood princes)? Tried moveanything but it causes the texture to stretch wildly when the frame shows up.

i use DBM and it has its own health bars for bosses that pops up... i simply set that where i wanted it.
