Strongly recommend the Disengage glyph for PvP, although a lot depends on play style.
Always, always, always talent into Aimed Shot. If you PvP without it, you're a complete tool. Heals are extremely potent; cutting them in half is priceless. The only exception would be if you have a warrior for Mortal Strike or a rogue who will use Wound Poison.
Between Aimed Shot in MM and some of the sweet talents in the first tiers of SV, it's hard to get all of the goodies while going BM though. There's so much in those trees that's awesome for PvP, you'll miss it if you go BM.
I PvP as SV (most of the time). Survivability > DPS, always. In general, if you can pick up a stun, sleep, or snare ability you'll want to take it and use it. MM has Improved Concussive Shot and Concussive Barrage---awesome for kiting. SV has Scatter Shot and Wyvern Sting.
Beast cleave is usually all about having a shaman pop spirit beasts while another DPS applies a healing debuff (this would be you) and rolling someone on the other team before they have a chance to respond. You'd usually coordinate your Bestial Wrath early in the match with his beasts. (Although a boomkin with treants and Starfall can be a nasty addition, BM hunters are usually teamed with shaman or DKs.) Beast cleave has massive burst due to those cooldowns---if you can smoke their healer before beasts expire, you'll win.
