I assume this isn't only happening when you try to navigate off the page?
It's designed to give you a warning if you're going to close the screen with unsaved info on it. Can you give me a walkthrough of one or two specific ways to cause the error?

I can't duplicate this. I did everything you described and the message never popped up. Is anyone else having this problem? What browser are you using?

I've had the same issue for a year and a half; really annoying. Seems to be specific to IE (I've had it happen on IE6 at work and IE8 at home).
Currently using Win7 64-bit and IE8 32-bit and it's happening to me in the compare window I have open in another tab.

IE7 at work does the same for me. This was while using the profiler in my case.
