What are you tanking?
Raids as mainly MT : Blood
Raids as mainly off tank/you spam heroics lots : Frost
For the fun of it : Unholy
If its frost you can DW or 2H and be good either way.
Edits : I cant formulate complete thoughts.

This is the best basic talent build:

Blood just offers so much more survivability than frost, I'd say it's far superior for both MT and OT positions. The only advantage for frost is AoE snap aggro but I can't really think of any fight in which IT + DnD wouldn't be enough to pick up adds. One HB every 10 seconds doesn't make that much of a difference and in the long run frost will not have any kind of AoE threat advantage due to the 30% increase Blood Boil damage for the blood spec.
5 points are free. Talent Morbidity for a minor boost to single target threat but a major one for AoE threat. Talent Epidemic for convenience. Or chose Subversion for an awesome single target threat boost. I got Epidemic and Morbidity since I want to have an easy time tanking the daily random and my threat in raids is sufficient (but my DK is an alt, only ever raiding in alt runs and in those we don't have people pushing 10k dps that would really test my threat generation).
2 glyphs are free. It's basically a toss up between Rune Strike for nice single target threat, Dark Command to make sure that taunt will never miss, Death and Decay for really awesome AoE threat, Vampiric Blood to make one of the best cooldowns in the game last longer and Disease for convenience. All glyph choices are valid and switching them depending on the encounter is the best thing to do. For being lazy I'd run with Dark Command and Rune Strike.
