bottomline is HOW CAN A WARRIOR DEFEAT A PALADIN WHO HAS A SHIELD AND KEEPS USING ABSORPTION SKILLS.
1) Dont use caps. It just makes you look like even more moronic.
2) It requires a brain.
Paladin
...
Warrior

I'm starting to think that your best bet against Paladins and DKs is going to be to blow them away with armor penetration. The idea being that you can hit them so hard and so fast that a little 1.5 or even at best 2k shield isn't going to do a thing for them.

@Escutcheon: I think you dont get the whole thing. If it is a prot paladin. He has around 50% avoidance, so 1/2 chance that OP hits do not land. So it end up pretty easy to heal it.

I didn't at first surmise it was a prot Paladin we were dealing with here. He could even mean Holy, for all that a Paladin; 'WHO HAS A SHIELD AND KEEPS USING ABSORPTION SKILLS' means.
If it is indeed a Protadin, you are better of finding something else to fight. As a Warrior with nothing but physical attacks, you would be lucky to do much damage to him before Retribution Aura killed you.
Holy, on the other hand, I would argue that precise timing of Unrelenting Assault and ArP would be your best bet. You might even Sword and Board him; reflect HoJ and Shield Bash/Slam. Mortal Strike would still be effective, as would Unrelenting Assault.

5. If at any time your ArP trinket procs, remove face from keyboard and hit your Bladestorm button,
thereby taking significant Holy Shield and Retribution Aura damage and doing no significant damage of your own
6.
Proceed to get creamed by his counterattack
7.
Kneel on the ground and beg for your life
.
8. ?
9. Protadin profits.
Fixed.
I don't believe that a single Arms Warrior would be able to beat their way through a decently geared Holy Pally. You'd need to go sword and board for your interrupts and dispels, otherwise they could just spam heals on themselves and kill you off slowly. A Holy Paladin should be able to Flash of Light and Holy Shock themselves for more health than an Arms Warrior can dish out.
Anyway, if it's BG work, chances are it's a Prot-tank or a Prot healer (since you don't need Beacon in BGs).
Prot-tanks are practially invincible to Arms or Fury. 50% avoidance + 50% block with 3k block value means that you're not actually going to connect with damage, unless you can hit through 8 blocks in 8 seconds. And then, he'll have Sacred Shield up for the next 6 seconds.
Prot Warriors should have a better time. If you're geared enough, Revenge should do enough to hit through a block, giving you the ability to stun him, despite his unhittability. Using your controlled and uncontrolled stuns (eg, Imp. Revenge), you can remove his avoidance/block from the hit table, giving you the opportunity to actually do damage. Shield Bash his heals. When you get him down to zero, take a deep breath, and start over again, as Ardent Defender kicks him back up to 30% (this can crit to 45%).
Against a Prot-healer, same advice applies. Arms and Fury will still have difficulty eating through Holy Shield, so you should focus on interrupting his heals and keeping the damage pressure up. He shouldn't have any +defense items, so once he's dead, he's dead.
A Shockadin will actually be more of a threat than a Holy Paladin or Prot-healer. They have Holy Shock for instant, uninterruptible heals, as well as Art of War for offensive and defensive procs. Plus, they also have Repentance, which they can use to incapacitate you to give them time to heal. Do you trinket out of Repentance or Hammer of Justice? Tough choices... luckily, there aren't many good Shockadins out there.
