Hey Wildhorn, if you come back to check on this thread then could I ask you to come back over to
this one
and offer some more info? I'm kinda lost and asked a question that gave me an answer out of my league.

Im just asking if you duel alot in durotar and have problems with certain classes
Stupid question. Of course people have problem with certain class. If there was a class that had 0 problem vs every class, everybody would be that class.
And Toldu, im still thinking what to answer to that :P

What is up with your capitalization of random words? I think those were supposed to be the starts of new sentences. In which case,
somebody
must have forgotten about the existence of periods. :|

I've been pvping on my Warrior for years now and am only just beginning to figure out how to play.
For one I find I do a lot better against Paladins and DKs (mainly) with a blend of pve/p gear, and - at this time - around 55% passive armor penetration.
Warriors are a very dynamic class. The notion we are gimped in 1v1 is very contrived. I'm not too concerned with just labeling Paladins as faceroll bull#$%^, but in terms of utility, their job is easier than ours.
If you fought a Paladin in full t9 while you yourself were in pvp gear, there is little suprise that you stood no chance at all. Ret burst is pretty phenominal, especially compared to Warriors who have to live more than 3 seconds to really 'burst' somebody.
As somebody above points out, there is merit in learning to use stances and a sword + board macro when necessary. It's nice to have a shield simply to save from having to Rage wipe just to Pummel, since Shield Bash is useable in Battle Stance.
In short, we have the tools to be successful and the better you learn to utilize your options the better you stand to do in a pvp situation.

Just be mindful of the 10/16% you get from Battle Stance.
Armor penetration kind of synergizes with itself when you have enough of it.
It's stacking effect works sort of inversely to the diminishing return of armor. In that you need more of it to reduce higher armor by a higher amount.
For example on my warrior, I have around 62% mitigation with a sword and board setup, at 50% penetration I still mitigate around 44%. And so it goes.
At 35% passive, you could really go either way. As I understand it, a Fractured Cardinal Ruby (20) is about 1.4% penetration each. An average of 6 gems per gear setup, minus 30 from meta requirements; gives you about 10% additional penetration from gems. Personally I am still trying to get the NES and as much additional ArP as I can. If I can get it up to around 75% passive - for pvp purposes - I would be happy.
