Put a sp/spirit gem in your shoulders and enchant them. Your meta isn't active until you get that 2nd blue gem.
Never gem for crit.
You may want to switch 1 or 2 of the sp/haste gems for sp/hit if you're running with a boomkin/spriest since you're almost to the soft cap. Or you can change specs to 3/13/55. Don't pick up either trinket though imo when there's better to be had (i.e., getting your 4 set t9 bonus asap, or at the very least, the 2pt9 bonus since that's a massive up).
