GNOME PRIEST FTW!
QFT
Gnome priests are one of the dummest ideas ever. I mean, as if gnomes wern't killed in BG's enough?
On a more serious note:
1. Get pally to 85
2. Roll a Worgen
3. ?
4. Profit!

Two 80s that will be turning Horde hopefully
before
Cataclysm (I don't want to wait that long!).
I'll probably roll a Worgen for the experience, but if I start any new alts in earnest then they'll be Goblins.

I'll stay with the people I know and love to play with of course, so alliance I will stay. ;-)
I think I will change my nightelf warrior to worgen, however. *fg*

To me they don't sound like your typical alliance race, but sound like they would be more suited to joining the horde.
The worgen that will join the alliance are not the ones that where summoned by the scythe. They are the former inhabitants of Gilneas.
Since the cataclysm has broken open the Greymane Wall, the Forsaken are starting to press south into Gilneas. The people of Gilneas (infected with the worgen disease, that was created by Arugal it seems) are hard pressed to keep up against that threat.
They seem to find help in the nightelves. Maybe it's even going to be so that the nightelf druids help them by teaching them some ways to control their transformations and regain some measure of self-control. Would make sense and fit's the few scenes seen in the intro movie of cataclysm.

I am a little concerned that all the belfs will reroll worgen and change factions. Because I'm tired of being the fotm (well flavor of the expansion at this point) faction.
I was alliance at release, rerolled horde just before tbc and never looked back, until just last week I made a dwarf dk to play with a friend who has been alliance forever. I personally think the alliance zones are cooler, they usually seem to have better raid guilds and pvp wise depends on the bg. So I'd rather play alliance at this point, I am really looking forward to dwarf shaman (cus dwarves are badass mofos).
Just hope alliance doesn't become fotm again.
Blood elves are still my favorite race, just because of the lore behind them. I will definitely enjoy ganking Worgen in silverpine on my BElf lock, pally, and hunter ;)

If worgens are the same thing as humans aka same appearence except with better abilities and the ability to transform then i will not switch to allience so when it comes time for the expansion i am gonna make some kind of rouge be it worgen or goblin :P
