But then, I also think there's one somewhere under Tirisfal.
Blizzard has already killed that one; they've come out and said there is no Old One under Tirisfal.

Probably going to be in the ocean to tie in with Cthulu and R'lyeh. Not to mention the naga being amphibious and the dropped plot for Neptulon.

Ah, didn't know that. Kind of a shame, they certainly had a lot of nice lore hooks they could've used for that. Even back in War3's expansion when Malfurion rode off into the woods to commune with the trees because there was 'something wrong.'
So... what IS up with Tirisfal then? The High Elves relocated to what became Quel'thalas because of bad juju in the glades, the Order of the Guardian was founded there, etc, etc. There's something up magically speaking.

Unknown, and who knows if we'll ever actually see anything come of it.

I have heard that they will explain what is beneath Tirisfal in the future. Some rumours say that you can tell what it is by looking at the word Tirifal in a different way.
Tirisfal = Tyr's Fall.

Tyr is being explained in Dawn of the Aspects.

N'Zoth isn't necessarily the End Time. The End Time is an alternate ending created by Murozond that is better than the 'True End Time'.
N'Zoth has been confirmed to be the spark of the Emerald Nightmare and most likely resides underwater; perhaps in Ny'alotha.

For the start :
There was the famos War Of Achients.
Titans and Old gods fought .
.
The War of the Ancients happened thousands of years after the Old Gods fought the Titans. The Old Gods were defeated and imprisoned during the Ordering of Azeroth. One Titan may or may not have been slain by C'Thun and Y'Shaarj was killed, his Heart buried beneath Pandaria.
During the War of the Ancients, three Old Gods tried to break free of their bounds, corrupting Deathwing and creating the Naga, (These three were probably C'Thun, Yogg-Saron and N'Zoth.) C'Thun was later killed underneath Ahn'Qiraj and Yogg-Saron was slain in Ulduar, which, after the death of the corrupt Loken triggered the alarm system which brought Algalon the Observer to Azeroth so that he could deem it unable to be saved. The fifth Old God has not yet been named.
