Due to respawn rates and Spirit Healers there would never be an end. Kind of like it is now...

Blood Elves would win.
The humans would have launched an immediate strike against everyone in Stormwind the minute every race decided to be at war with each other, and would have killed off a great majority of the other alliance races, but not without sustaining heavy casualties themselves. The same thing might have happened in Ogrimmar, but the orcs and trolls started fighting each other first because they share the same city, giving the tauren, undead, and blood elves time enough to retreat. Ironforge and the gnomes in Tinkertown would also be too busy fighting each other.
The Blood Elves then launch a decisive strike against the undead in Undercity, and Sylvanas betrays her own Forsaken to Silvermoon, defecting to the Blood Elves who then kill her because she's an undead. Undercity is taken by the Blood Elves, who then use the zeppelins to make a quick assault to take over Ogrimmar (already weakened by interior conflict).
Thunder Bluff would probably be the Blood Elves' biggest threat, because they have shamans who can all cast Thunderstorm as soon as someone reaches the top of those lifts. But then the Blood Knights would be sent in, bubbling when they reached the top and killing off all the shamans to pave the way for the conquest of the tauren. After that, Darnassus and the Exodar will be easy pickings, because whoever goes to those two cities anymore? Nobody, that's who! Night elves and draenei may as well think that their own capital city is Stormwind.
The dwarves would ultimately win out over the gnomes, and the humans would have cleared their own city of non-humans. Ironforge and Stormwind then launch offenses at each other through the Deeprun Tram. The Blood Elves take advantage of this distraction to conquer Stormwind from behind, using the boat that goes to SW Harbor from Auberdine. They then cave in the Deeprun Tram and force the dwarves to go into seclusion. The Blood Elves then take over the rest of Azeroth using their strength of numbers and extraordinarily dashing good looks.
Oh, and Kael'Thas will rise again as the new king of the Blood Elves, claiming that Sunwell was only a setback.

Tauren have a very good Capitol City, defensively speaking.
Cut off the lifts and nothing could get to you.
It'll be like Troy!

Siege weapons would have to be able to fire higher/longer to reach TB though.

lets think about this
the obvios races to be extinct first would be the darkspears and the gnomes since they have no home cities, while gnomes have a techonogical advantage both they and the darkspear lack in number
lets then take a look at the forsaken
assuming this is after the events in game they wont be having acces to the plague used at wrath gate
however they might be able to replicate it, not to mention that having a army that doesn't need to sleep nor eat has it advantages, however they do lack somewhat in numbers to. side note the transportation orb will most likely be destroyed. they will howver most likely be in war over northen eastern kingdom though (blood elfs and forsaken)
Blood elfs are up next
they have a pretty bad chance of surviving the war against the forsaken becouse of their hard to protect city and their small numbers, however they do posses really strong mages and warlocks not to mention the blood knight order giving them a fair chance of surviving, i do belive however the forsaken are going to overwhelm them sonner or later if not with superior numbers then with outlasting. the blood elfs are however pretty much going on about outlands and how they wanna move there, they are most likely going to make an attempt to escape there. if the dwarfs forsaken and humans get the hear about this they are most likely going to ambush the remeineng Blood elf
more might be coming later
