All the unit and party frames are Pitbull4.0 configured to my liking. I do use kgPanels but the minimap atm isnt what I want so I don't want to put the effort in to making it match. I tried sexymap, wasn't my cup of tea. I've also used Elkano's BuffBars but it wasnt a good match, maybe ill look into it again though.
Chinchilla for all your future minimap needs.
Otherwise, streamline and increase functionality. Always good advice.

Chinchilla ftw. And Satrina Buff Frames for your buffs.

Judging by the multitude of boxes scattered along the bottom of the Ui (all of which suffer from a severe case of FBS) I would assume you don't need to inform him about the use of kgpanels.
Also, suggesting he use sexymap is horrible and you shouldn't be so mean to him.
What he/she should be concerned with is streamlining the ui to remove unnecessary information and take away the distracting elements that make the interface less functional.
Well, you're being awfully harsh without actually being constructive, which is not a good combination. Keep in mind, these are just your opinions.
As far I can tell, his UI is plenty functional. Plus, I don't really see how removing "unnecessary information" can make one's UI more functional. Don't confuse functionality with aesthetics.

None of what I said in my previous post was an opinion.
A. You didn't need to tell him about kgpanels.
B. Sexymap is horrible. (This may seem like an opinion but it is indeed a fact.)
C. The Ui could use adjustments to further improve its functionality.
I can assure you that nothing in my previous post was at all harsh.
If you took it to be so, then perhaps you may be a bit too sensitive.
I didn't say the Ui wasn't functional, I was pointing out that it has the potential to be more functional than it is currently.
I didn't give him specific suggestions on his Ui because he didn't ask for any.
He mentioned is frustrations with his minimap and buffs so that's what we made specific comments on.
Lastly, if you aren't understanding the concept of removing excess clutter in order to place more focus on important information then perhaps I'm not the confused one. In fact, I can promise you I am well aware of the difference between form and function.
In case any of this was too harsh for you then I will apologize in advance and end this with my usual sig.

*edit* I suppose to keep this post on topic, this was one of the projects I had begun before making the PB4/Stuf transition. I think I will remake it with Stuf and include it in my upload for those who like to have a little less screen space taken up by Ui elements.

Aaaanndd...
What I'm currently using
.
Seeing as I couldn't get a decent 1px border on my unit frames (and couldn't be bothered to fiddle with TGA files to get my own), I went with a different look...
I'm pretty happy with it so far, though I need to figure out where I'm going to put the mob buffs/debuffs.

I have problems with the minimap. Everytime i resize it with a size less than 140x140, the position of all the things inside goes wild, being offset and looking ugly.
Any ideas?

The raid frames are unnecessarily tall.
I don't love the choice of bar texture.
Yellow text on buff icons.
Buff frame needs filters.
Target frame class identification?
Target frame's power bar needs to be two pixels thicker.
Simplify the gold text.
I don't like the "&" symbol between the fps and ms.
FPS and MS should be "48 FPS" not "48FPS" (add a space between number and text)
What's the "3" behind the 122k for your target's health?
Lastly, I'm not seeing how the line at the bottom of the Ui is making sense with the rest of the Ui.
Perhaps if it was something more like this:

Then at least the treatment for the data texts ties back into your unit frame design.
However, I would condense the data texts so that the bottom paneling wouldn't have to be that wide.

I think it looks nice but I would either make the buffs smaller or your buttons bigger so that they are the same size, I found the disparity to be distracting.

- i know, but i was asked by many to mak them more healer friendly so i opted for a grid-style frames.
- i know also this, any suggestion?
- fixed
- what do you mean? The "consolidate buff" option can be used, but i don't like it.
- i use colored nameplates, don't need the classification on the target frame (i could color the name anyway and the HP tag)
- tried it, looks bad imho. Maybe i'm just not used to it.
- fixed (got it, still i hate formatting strings, didn't update the screenshot)
- fixed
- fixed
- its like 122.3k, i just made it 122k3.
@sweetscot: buffs on target frame were in fact a little smaller. dunno how i missed it.

EDIT: anyone can give me some help about registering shapeshift? I'd like much to finally fix the Ui for druids instead of using crap methods.

Could I get some help identifying a specific addon? I have recently returned after a half-year off, and currently trying to get something resembling usable together.
This
is what I used to have. And for the life of me, I can't remember what addon I used to get clock/armor/mail texts on my map. You could position the elements anywhere you wanted. It had experience, gold and whatnot trackers too. And somehow I want to believe the name started with 'x'. Any tips?

Got tired of using Saft's version of TukUI, so I caved and "made" my own ui, following doing some slight investigation into what Coldkil was using...This is what I came up with, though things might still be off slightly.
