Do you even use half of those buttons more often than once in a week? Get some hidden bars/OPie!

Unlike Silversmith here, I like it, though you can hide your Bag Bar and Micro Menu.

Meh, too much XPerl in your UI. Get Pitbull 4 or something else highly customizable.
I don't like the font selection. Too difficult to read. Get yourself a nice sans-serif font at dafont.com.
Pitch Decursive and hide your bags/micro menu. Use Clique to set up decursing on a unit frame mod that supports debuff filtering and frame highlighting.
Get OPie and get rid of some of those action bars. Set up a main ring with sub-rings for gear sets, food, buffs, professions, mounts, etc.
BBODs only serve to introduce wasted space when you're running around solo because everyone tries to fit their Recount/Omen into them. I like how you tried to spruce it up, but the fact remains that it's taking a substantial amount of your screen away from the game world.
Applause for not having a chat box that's half your screen tall.

Just asking for a quick piece of advice from the kgpanels masters; how do I make a panel appear/disappear when I start/stop casting?

Parent it to the castbar.

Hmmm... when I try to find the name of the frame, it just says stuf.units.player, most likely due to my using the inbuilt one from (surprise!) Stuf.
Anything more I could do (e.g. parent it to stuf.units.player.castbar, or whatever), or should I remove the Stuf castbars and use something like Quartz instead?

Hum, are you sure there's no name for the castbar?

Whenever your trying to figure out the name of it, make sure your using /framestack. Set your mouse over where the cast bar shows up, and watch for a new frame popping up in the framestack window when you start casting. It'll either be a name, or a bunch of numbers - if it's a bunch of numbers you'd have to go edit it in the lua, but I highly doubt it will be.

You did just about the exact opposite of what we suggested. It makes me want to gouge my eyes out just looking at it.

Bah! It be numbers, unless I'm doing it wrong. To the lua I go... once I work out how to do what I want to do :P
On a more positive note, I didn't know about the /framestack command before, so thanks for pointing that out to me :)
