This is all I could get for now.
Since I took this pic, I moved the bar in the bottom-right corner to under the minimap.
looks fine, but you've mixed fuzzy and crisp borders - stick to the later one imho. You have some miss-sized fonts aswell, especially the pixel fonts as they're very sensitive to this.
- - - - - - - -
naski, I think you've gotten us all wrong. We don't judge practical use of a UI, as we really can't do that. You're the one playing with it - not we - this is mentioned over and over again, yet people still don't seem to understand it. Everyone plays in their own way, so the UI fits their way.
But if you look at, for example, RothUI you'll see that he has a theme throughout the whole UI. Rather then having a mixture of pretty/cool/cute stuff. Some enjoy the things that you put into the game - graphical UI's - other like the in-game world to take up most of the space - minimal UI's.
And don't take for granted that you'll get bashed for every post, my old screens got bashed aswell. You'd have to be a fool to think that everyone started out where they're right now.
You can either take our critique and work from it, or leave your UI as it is. Or do the right think, make it fit your taste and playstyle - not ours.

This is my most recent UI, and before you even reply anything about it, I know some of you won't like it. Fine, but tell me why so I can get something out of your criticism, not just '' This is horrible, how can you play with that?'' and such.
Now to the screenies:
Solo
10 man raid
25 man raid
Now, my 25 man setup is bad and I still haven't figured a way to fix it. Obviously that would require a rework of the whole setup. Anyone that has ideas, feel free to post them.
Oh and before anyone comments about it, the size of the screens is due to the fact that my laptop has a 1600 x 900 resolution

In light of the last few pages, I think I should make this statement regarding UI functionality. The following is only my opinion, but it's based on everything I have learned from my time in this thread.
Each element of a UI should be the only element fulfilling a particular purpose. For instance, an enemy cast should be represented by only one cast bar on the screen. Otherwise, your UI is duplicating information. That enemy's cast bar should be located in exactly the one place you need to see it (for interrupts and such). A player health frame is redundant if you're using a HUD, and depending on how you configure the HUD a target/focus frame may be redundant too. The only exception I can think of is name plates; name plates facilitate click targeting, though it would be nice if a name plate would disappear when it's targeted.
Buffs are another item I constantly see duplicated on UIs. Whether you prefer an icon or bar as a representation of your buffs, that representation should only appear once and only in the exact place that makes it easy to see. I also like to see when priests have an attack power buff displayed; filter that #$%^ out! It's completely unnecessary and is taking up screen real estate.
Lots of people like scrolling battle text add-ons. More power to you. Save yourself some clutter and configure the damn things though! If your battle text shows every little energy/rep/experience gain, then you're doing it wrong.
There's a little thing called unity that I've seen discussed. Pick a bar texture (two tops) and use it throughout. Recount, Omen, Skada, and every unit frame mod that I can think of all support custom textures. Pick one and apply it to your add-ons. The same goes for fonts. One legible font is best, but two can be managed. Three or more and you're doing it wrong. I say "wrong" because the result is not visually appealing.
To sum it all up, a custom UI should be a) visually appealing b) functional and c) efficient. If it is not all three of these things and you bring it to this thread to post, you will receive criticism that is aimed at helping you fulfill a through c above. The fine patrons of Wowhead will not tell you that your UI is teh suxzor if it's apparent you've put some work into it to make it a, b, and c.

You have quite a few actionbars, the majority of which are only half filled. If you were to minimize this by filling holes in action bars instead of creating new ones, it would leave a lot more room. Also, many things on your action bars could be easily turned into macros (aspects, consumables(Check out
Buffet
, proffessions, buffs, etc.) and some of those which you don't use often could be on a hidden action bar.
Another thing I notice is that your chat frame, recount, and omen are very large. While I understand some people like being able to read 10 chat lines without scrolling, the only important thing for your threat meter is to watch your tank bar, and make sure yours isn't near it(meaning you would only need to show 3-4 lines total). Also, if you were to stack recount ontop of omen, and make recount only show out of combat, it would clear up yet another large space.
With all of that extra space, you should now have a much better place to put your raid frames. :)
I love it
.
A few things, to note:
-Your Scrolling Combat text seems to be completely un-configured, and uses a disturbing font(Down with porky!).
-While your Buffs are well skinned, your action bars are not. Skinning them to look like your buffs would look much better.
-There's not really a need to have your experience bar and micro menu always showing; I suggest setting them to only show on mouseover
-
MinimapButtonBag

- UFs don't appear to be aligned.
- Skin buffs and buttons to match your UFs.
- Clean up your minimap. (at the very least hide all addon buttons). But default minimap doesn't match the rest of your UI.
- Unless you've rebound the micromenu default keybinds hide it. It looks like you may have, so put it on mouseover somehere hidden.
- Hide OOC buttons and drop your recount down to the bottom.
- Configure recount to match UFs.
- If you're gonna keep the bottom bar lose the border. It doesn't match anything.
- Do something with the Nameplates.
- Reinstalled eAlign.
- How do I skin them?
- Gonna get a better minimap.
- I did rebind the micromenu, so I'll set them both to mouseover.
- Just got BottomBar a few weeks ago and never messed with it, but yeah now that you point it out, border is outta place.
- What about the nameplates?
Thanks, btw, that's the kind of criticism I was hoping for :D
