Wow, i like the idea of putting the party right above your own frame. I've never seen that before. Only bad thing is it takes up a fair chunk of the screen. I, personally, would have down a bit lower. Other then that, i love it :)

First suggestion is to use a lossy format. I don't want to download a lossless PNG copy of your UI on a bad connection.
What loaded before I closed it was Titan panel. Based on that alone I give your UI 1/5. Get a better information display.

I made yesterday, might still need a bit of tweaking. The raid frame space looks a bit empty now when I'm not in a raid.

Got the idea for a unit-frame design last night. Made a quick basic mock-up in Gimp.

The left text is the current health. The right is mana. They're abbreviated as ##.#k above 999. They'll most likely use the Paralucent font that somebody (Shiby?) used earlier in the thread. It's similar to the font I used in the mockup, but I recall it being a bit narrower, with slightly more geometric letters.
The status bars use Melli Dark texture. I was worried that the texts will obscure their values, so I went with the theme my current UI has; the health bar will be dark with an abnormally light background, so the missing health sticks out, making it easy to read regardless of the size of the texts on it.
The UFs would be very wide (to fit the name and health/mana comfortably). They'll be stacked on on top of another instead of side-by-side. I want to give the impression of a self-contained center of combat information.
The exact setup is still being debated. The original idea was to make widgets of dark transparent backdrops. But at the moment I'm leaning towards leaving all the elements free-floating, but encasing the lower end of the player frame in action bar buttons, to give the illusion of a self-contained combat panel without any physical interaction between the elements.
The cast bar is particularly interesting. It's integrated as a spark that runs along the bar. When casting, the name and class display turns into cast name and cast time respectively. The player frame would omit the name/class time when not casting, to give it a cleaner feeling.
I've still gotta toy with it in-game. I might end up needing to custom code the texts.

It looks slightly like oUF Lily if I remember the layout correctly. But personally, I do not think Melli suits here, Smooth or Armory would fit better - But it's your UI, and as always you should just satisfy your own opinion.
I disagree. I think once I get the Paralucent font on there, and get it all setup in-game, Melli will look better.
Besides, Smooth gets so plain and boring after a while.
