Only 5? Damn...
1. Gnomes. About a year ago my 70 hunter would be stalked and killed by the same gnome pom/pyro mage about twenty different times. A year later after not playing WoW at all I come back and make a DK on the same realm. Not an hour after leaving the DK starting area, guess who shows up and one-shots my DK...
2. Class/spec anomolies. For example a rogue using Shadowstep followed by Mutilate, or a warlock with a felguard that can cast Unstable Affliction (surprised no one else has seen these before).
3. Finally figuring out how to play your class, then having every skill you depended on nerfed or removed in the next patch.
4. Getting to 80 in quest gear. All your immediate upgrades are in heroics, but you're too under-geared to run them...
5. BEARS!

I'm going to skip things involving other people and just put features from the game itself (otherwise my list would look like pretty much every list here)
1. Hyenas. For whatever reason I can't stand the in-game hyenas.
2. Low-level mobs that insist on aggroing on you if you run past them, especially if you're mounted. (I'm a level 6 Defias Bandit, I'm going to mug me a level 80 warrior that just ran by on an armored war bear!)
3. Absurd drop rates, especially doing low-level quests for achievements. (If I'm level 80, I'd like to think that I can kill a level 15 mob while still keeping the part I need intact.)
4. Missing a stunned mob. (I understand why the mechanic is there, but if I have a stunned clefthoof one foot in front of me and I somehow am unable to hit it, I should be thrown off of Netherstorm immediatley)
5. The music in the Grizzly Hills that insists on playing long after you've left the Grizzly Hills.
I totally agree with 2,3 and 4...
2. I encountered this helping a friend who is new to WoW.. I was like...*Yawwwnnn...fan of knives ftw...*.. Suicidal mobs seem to glom on to me.
3. timbermaw beads are as fun to farm as getting ones hand or other appendage lodged in a car door.
4. I have encountered something in Naxx lately that is bugging (litterly) the hell out of me. I will be right ON a spider, blob, specter..etc etc.. and I get the warning "You are too far away!"..0_o... uhhh....Ok.... *Snuggles up to Patchwerk and gives big o' bear hug* am I close enough now?

2. entering killing spree and ending up stuck under a table
5. frogger.... sigh
2.. Heh..I hit killing spree on a HF pirate ship quest and ended from being in the bow of the ship to outside in the middle of the island . 0_o
5. Ok...can I say something? I dont know what the hell happened between when I first started raiding H Naxx and the last week or so , but I die EVERY TIME in frogger now. I never died before this past week. It is made even more embarrassing due to a guildmembers fail counter..>_>

Every time I try to summon I have to find the millimeter of stone that isnt blocked by someones big@ssed drake. (tiss why I love locks so much, you guys rule *smooch*)

I'm going to do the exact same things as you and do this:
1. People.
2. People.
3. People.
4. People.
5. People.
WoW's reason for its success is the same as why it's quite a niche game: other people and all they entail.
This, in all its glorious truthiness.

People that leave the "h" out of the word "what". As in:
wat?
Strangely, "wut?" doesn't bother me at all, rather it provokes giggles.
Run-throughs. If you already know how to play, and have leveled a few toons, then you know you can level right to the cap in quest greens, and hence, don't beg for run-throughs. Otherwise,
you don't deserve the shiney blue items, because you haven't earned them, you insufferable, greedy little nub.
No RP on RP realms.
Beggars of any sort.
Guild drama. Usually it's unnecessary.
(Bonus!) Making lists.
