About dismount problem, do a charge, best way to open up the combat :D
And about autoattack keybind, just rightclick? it's the same thing xD

you dont need to keep a key open for attack, it starts out at position 1... move it to the right by one to "~" and you free up a button... ALT+~ for range
as for turning it on all the time make all your commands like
#showtooltip
/startattack
/cast damagingskill
