I'ld go with Affl for the lock. More survivability, and you can instant fear the rogue after CoS.
Jump the priest, strangulate early, and save DG for the rogue when he jumps the lock. Chain the priest so he can't LoS/pillar hump away fromt he lock and hopefully the priest is still strangulated(if you're fast) and the lock can get off a UA and some DoT's on the priest, or run for dear life(since the rogue will more than likely either try to peal the DK, or jump the lock).
There's so much flexibility with rogue/priest, it's a tough fight. You really have to hope the rogue freaks and doesn't completely control one of you.
If
you can manage to blow the rogue's CoS and trinket and get him running around feared, you're golden. Keep UA up on both, and nuke em down.
This sounds a lot easier than it's done. More than likely the rogue will be on the lock, and the self heals will not be enough to keep the lock alive with the debuff on, assuming he gets UA, haunt, and full DoT's up on both targets, which he most likely won't survive long enough between kiting and the rogue. The priest will easily tank the DK's output if the lock doesn't assist, and outlast your team.
But isn't this supposed to be 3v3 based? Get a holy pally.
