Awesome, thank you, didn't even know about that site either ><
EDIT: Whats the top Major glyph?
Neither did I. :) The top one is
Glyph of Lesser Healing Wave
Personally I would go for these when I hit 80:
Major:
Glyph of Lesser Healing Wave
Glyph of Earthliving Weapon
Glyph of Water Mastery
Minor:
Glyph of Water Walking
Glyph of Water Shield
Glyph of Astral Recall
Edit: Yes, my current spec is ele, it is just for leveling...

While those glyphs are fine for healing heroics, ideally you'd want to drop
Glyph of Earthliving Weapon
for
Glyph of Chain Heal
. While Earthliving seems nice, and I used to use it at one point, the Chain Heal and Lesser Healing Wave glyphs give you a lot stronger raid and main tank healing capabilities... and if you're planning on raiding without the
Glyph of Chain Heal
, then you might as well reroll. ;)
Something else that's interested to note is the fact that not only does Chain Heal proc Earthliving more than the glyphed version, it also heals an additional target!

RAIDHEALER RESTO:
Glyph of Chain Heal
Glyph of Earthliving Weapon
TANKHEALER RESTO:
Glyph of Lesser Healing Wave
Glyph of Healing Wave
Third glyph is whichever you like in either case.
Water Mastery is 30mp5. Static. I personally don't like it.
Mana Tide Totem is an extra 4% max mana every 5 minutes. For this to be as good for you PERSONALLY, you'd have to have 45000 mana. You don't have this. HOWEVER, Mana Tide Totem affects your entire group, and you're in the healer group, right? Mana Tide only needs to affect 3 healers to easily be more effective overall than Water Mastery, plus your raid's other healers will LOVE you.
If you want your third glyph to be a mana-regeneration glyph, I'd personally recommend Mana Tide Totem. Otherwise, spend your third glyph slot on something that helps you fulfill the other role (a tank healer glyph if you're a raidhealer or vice-versa).
Just don't take
Glyph of Earthliving Weapon
without taking
Glyph of Chain Heal
, the former is only good when mixed with the synergy of the latter.

This is just personal experience, but my mana tide totem rarely is all that important from a raid wide perspective. Back in the day, manatide was awesome and raids salivated for it, but nowadays with replenishment being so common as well as better mana management tools for all classes, mana is just not as big an issue as it used to be. What you do with your mana is really the focus. The times when I use mana tide totem are on fights where I've either had really bad luck with crits/watershield procs, and the mana tide totem is primarily for my benefit, or if some numbskull doesn't heal me through the iceblock on KT and I have to reincarnate. My guild never asks for manatide, nor do our druids really ever use innervate except in extreme cases. Your guild might differ, but mine doesn't care about this totem... I'd almost drop it from my spec except that it's so cheap and can occasionally be useful.
Since personal mana tends to be a larger issue than raid mana, I would say that water mastery is a better glyph pound for pound, but that's just me. Chain heal is also vitally important as it's simple the most awesome spell in our arsenal and I personally like the LHW glyph just to put me on stronger footing for single target healing.

The only reason to take Glyph of Chain Heal is for the additional Earthliving procs. The actual additional healing that it gives to Chain Heal is negligible at best.

If you say so - I frequently get 12k baseline CH crits which turns into like 1500 healing on that fourth target. Plus, on fights like malygos, an extra target is an extra target.

I am curious about what you're saying though and while I'm still not convinced of the awesomeness of 5% I am wondering what the spell coefficient of the earthliving weapon HOT is. Any clue?

I wouldn't necessarily call the Glyph of Lesser Healing Wave a "tankhealer glyph" even though this is true by definition - you can't deny often using lesser healing wave on the tank when there is no raid damage to heal.
I agree on everything else you said, especially about mana tide totem - your group will love you!
I don't mean it's only good for tank healers. I mean it's mandatory for tank healing resto shaman. It's optional but good for a raidhealing resto shaman.

Chance of at least one ELW proc = (1 - proc rate) ^ target count
Unglyphed: Chain Heal heals 3 targets, 20% chance of ELW HoT per target = 49% chance for at least one ELW proc (you will average .6 procs per cast)
CH Glyph: Chain Heal hits 4 targets, 20% chance of ELW HoT per target = 59% chance for at least one ELW proc (you will average .8 procs per cast)
ELW Glyph: Chain Heal hits 3 targets, 25% chance of ELW HoT per target = 58% chance for at least one ELW proc (you will average .75 procs per cast)
Both Glyphs: Chain Heal hits 4 targets, 25% chance of ELW HoT per target = 68% chance for at least one ELW proc (you will average 1 proc per cast)
As you can see, Glyph of Chain Heal is better than Glyph of ELW, period, as it results in more ELW healing done AND it gives a bit more CH healing with that fourth bounce. The two work nicely together, though.
I don't have the numbers for how much ELW scales, but I have ~2000 Bonus Healing on my paperdoll and it ticks for between 300 and 400 (I don't recall the exact amount). It's a small heal, but it's nice for raidhealing.
Also, I can't vouch for your guild's internals, Cordimus. All I'm demonstrating is the math behind why Glyph of Mana Tide Totem is better than Glyph of Water Mastery overall. If you don't need the extra regen I would take another healing glyph anyway. That's what I did.

I *may* be remembering my tick values as how much it ticked when I raided resto at 70, I don't spend much time as resto at 80, only when the guild is short a healer >_>
