Just a quick look at your talent tree show something rather strange: 3 points in
Puncture
instead of 3 points in
Focused Rage
. If you find that you are rage starved switch those two, if not drop the 3 all together and put them somewhere else.
Improved Revenge
and
Armored to the Teeth
are 2 very good talents to have if you can spare the talents from elsewhere.
Secondly get 535 defense and weapon that actually does damage.
Stam is good for starting heroics tho.

Tempered Saronite Bracers
+
+12 Def bracer
Daunting Handguards
+16 Def cloak
Hammer of Quiet Morning
Weighted Throwing Axe
Charge in, use Thunderclap then Shockwave. Be sure to mark targets, and tell your group. Shield slam and revenge the first target, and Cleave in the meantime. Make sure you have the
Glyph of Cleaving
.

It's your weapon, you should have something over 110 DPS by now. Easy quest reward from a wanted sign at Light's Breech in Zul'Drak.

That's just a start, but a huge upgrade. The issue is really that you aren't doing enough damage, your AP should be 2K+ by now. Armored to the Teeth is a great talent for tanking.

Can't access the armory right now but I just want to say you don't have to go for heroics right away. Some of the 80 dungeons have really good Prot gear such as the trinket from Loken in regular Halls of Lightning which can help you get to def cap when you start replacing the gear that simply has +defense in favor of gear which has lower defense but other stuff you need like more stamina, hit, parry and dodge.

Uncrittable comes first. Try getting the +Def to Shield and + Def to chest, an easy 40+ Def Rating that should bring you pretty close to the 535 needed for heroics. You should be able to pick both up for around 150g worth of mats.
Try to gem in def first, then stam. Avoid +parry over +dodge because it never becomes worth it.
You can make it through by being crittable, but it can be ugly if you get more than one in a row.

Thanks to everyone for those tips...
I have gotten the mace from the Ragemane Quest, and am trying to run the reg 80 instances for some upgrades. Its quite an irony at the moment tho: most 80's dont want to run reg instances, and i cant get the rep up as quickly without running them lol. Anyhow, Ive made a few changes, and even respected again to up my AP. Such is a work in progress..
I also updated my glyps to Cleave, Revenge, and Thunderclap
P.S. the armory may or may not show me buffed, but in Heroic UK last night with a priest buff, food, and my shout, i have over 30K life...so even tho I can still be critted, that should help lessen the devastation effect I think?
Firstly, if you want to grind rep, do the dailies and run Heroics. Getting rep through reg runs is just too slow. Only run regular if there's something you need, like Loken's Def trinket.
Second, you should use Glyph of Blocking. It gives you much more benefit in mitigation and threat and damage.
Third, it doesn't matter how high your health is, the aim is to get uncrittable. I'd rather be uncrittable with 25k health then crittable with 30k health. You never know when you might get a string of unlucky crits that will kill you.
