Probably our first Ragnaros kill and then our first Vaelastraz kill. For the pure moment of awesome where the boss is down and you almost don't believe it, where the efforts of many nights pays off.
Later first kills (for our guild, we're not at a world competing level :p) still do make an impression, but those where quite special for what they represented at the time i guess.

I think one of my memorable moments was i had just joined a guild and about the same week they needed an extra dps on prince and pulled me in, straight to him. Then out of all things to drop, the bow drops. My first karazhan run, i get the bow that hunters rarely see drop. I wouldn't have cared if i didn't get it. If lets say a rogue wanted it or another dps wanted it for just the stats.

On my gnome rogue (lightninghoof RPPvP), I once told a dwarf he needed to go to Grom'gol to complete his quest line. I later ran into him spamming General in STV about where to find Morgan Pestle and complaining about getting ganked.
Too bad we can't set Biographies on a RP server, my gnome is very bad with directions... :-p

Getting Benediction on my priest. I was so excited to get both eyes and then was challenging to solo the quest healing the guys you save and AoEing the bad guys. Such a memerable quest chain.

I think I'm going to have to say the thrill of engaging in PvP for the first time out in the world... before battlegrounds and such. I'm on a Normal server, so when world PvP happened it was a real treat and something to talk about. I remember the thrill of feeling hunted when my PvP flag was on, and how good it felt to take down a flagged enemy. (Then wishing I could feel that way all the time and wondering why I didn't roll on a PvP realm to begin with.) Anyway... there was one time that me, a priest, and a hunter (I was on my lock) went into Undercity together. We weren't level 60 yet -- probably in our 40s or 50s -- and we snuck in and hid in the garden area/courtyard. I would dance on the little graves and lay down on the piles of dirt of the graves by the green river. It was hilarious because lower levels would come running through there, either coming or going, and you could see they'd almost pass me before realizing I was there. They'd run by, and then you'd see them stop and contemplate. They'd come over to check me out, not sure what to do. Because I was technically within the Undercity, my PvP flag was forced on. Lower levels would surround me as I laid on the graves in the courtyard and I'd dance with them until someone closer to my level came along. Then our little group would engage in some exciting PvP and I loved every minute of it. I guess that's one of my fondest memories :)
