Mongoose for survivability, accuracy for threat. Potency or a weapon chain if you're really cheap.

So Blood Draining is far inferior these days?
I'm liking Blood Draining these days actually. Over the first six bosses, Blood Draining hit 23 times for an average 1312 healing and a total 30189. 8 times on Marrowgar, 2 times on Deathwhisper, 1 time on Saurfang, and 4 Times on Festergut (Counting just kill pulls. Had a lag-wipe on Deathwhisper and one other wipe on Festergut). I was in a cannon for Airship and DPSing for Rotface.
I'm becoming a fan. A solid heal that's guaranteed to go off when you tick under 35%, as opposed to "undependable" avoidance that may or may not be there when you need it.
It's been said many times that all of the tank enchants kinda suck, but I like Blood Draining for what I'm doing right now.

what is worse, starting a new topic on a often asked question or necro-ing one from a year ago?
Anyways, mongoose and blooddraining are the best choices, depends on threat or mitigation. > avoidance. I'd go with mitigation, especially in ICC.
