This is the kind of build you use with friends/guildies. Random people will criticize you for the spec, and not notice your utility, and you'll have to explain that your build is a support build as opposed to a pure DPS build.
And you know how well people listen to Death Knights.
Having said that, it looks fairly interesting.
Mark of Blood isn't questionable, it helps generate a buffer for the tank so the healer has some breathing room.
I'll save this build in my profile.

Spidermonkey, a few things about that build:
1) Dual wielding is never better than two-handers for tanking.
2) Hungering Cold is bad.
3) No Blade Barrier is not just bad, it's horrible.
4) I like Acclimation, but Frigid Dreadplate is better.

I think he's saying that a tanking build without Blade Barrier is horrible.

now blade barrier, mind telling me why you say its horrible? i find having high parry chance amazing just because i get more rune strikes going, true doing many rune strikes takes up lots of RP but that was why i took some RP generation talents. i'll love to know why you say its bad. plz reply^^
I was saying that a tanking build with no Blade Barrier is bad. Your spec does not have Blade Barrier.
well then if i need blood barrier and hungering cold is bad then how is this build. it still includes frost aura, acclimation and improved icy talons

but really i find hungering cold to help when trash mobs are fleeing or they move off to another raid/group member. it freezes them and infects them so i can use howling blast and murder them. i think a point off necosis for that is better. and if you really dont like necrosis take all the points out and put them in tundra stalker
Yes, Tundra Stalker beats the crap out of Necrosis.

On a different note, I like a perma pet and I am looking into something like this

If you go that deep into blood, I'd recomend taking a point out of toughness to get Heart strike.
On this point, just don't bother with Toughness. Take Heart Strike, Might of Mograine and Gargoyle. Your damage will boosted by quite a bit.

this right here is a great tanking build imo i use it and have tanked every raid in wotlk i never have a problem with maintaining threat or anything like that please throw your criticism at it i would love to hear what you have to say about it
Try not to necro old threads, it was fairly confusing reading it wondering how any build could have HS pet and gargoyle at the same time :p
About that build, you really ought to max out BotN, it's a key talent for your rotation and it boosts your highest hitting ability.
Many tanking builds skip Merciless combat since more hate when the mob is going down isn't that attractive, instead you ought to max out BotN and *possibly* shift another point from it to get Deathchill (great for aoe encounters/start of a boss fight)-
Other than that it's more or less the cookie-cutter of frost tanking specs.
