With the way TPS is reported on Omen, it's difficult to use that number in any meaningful way.
There are only a couple bosses that I ever have threat issues on. And by threat issue I just mean that DPS gets close...
Maexxna: On the pull while I am positioning him. I tank him with me standing in the middle of the room and with his spider-butt up against the web wall. If DPS doesn't hold off while I turn him around, it can be a problem.
Heigan: Because I'm moving all the time, and the ranged DPS is just standing there unloading, it can be a little close sometimes.
Thaddius: Luckily, unlike Malygos, I also get the damage buff here. However, I remember the first couple weeks I had to make sure I had Vigilance on the fury warrior or else I was close to getting in trouble with him.
KT: Just hope your snap-aggro is good for when he MCs people. As soon as you see Omen go crazy and the threat drop, taunt and you have ~3 seconds to establish your lead again.
All other bosses I've never had any concerns with threat.

The only boss that you should really ever see threat issues on post 3.0 is Malygos with the DPS in a double spark stack. That's when all your DPS suddenly realise they've had a free reign with threat for too long, stopped looking at omen and suddenly got the entire raid breath'd. Even Maly is not too bad, he's tauntable, you just have to almost pre-empt the over aggro, taunt after vortex and yell at the offending DPSer on vent. The only non tauntable boss in Naxx that I can think of (maybe I've missed one or two where it really doesn't matter anyway) is Sapphiron, and your DPS will be running around too much avoiding blizzards for it to matter in the slightest there anyway.
