Putting aside the questions of spec and gear for a moment, are those lists the Overall damage done? If so, relax. You certainly have room for improvement, but focus instead on single encounters. Specifically boss fights. How do you rank on those, in general?
I ran H UP with some friends the other night... DK tank, two rogues, myself, and a healer. On a lot of the fights, trash in particular, I was just below the tank. I couldn't figure it out. Turns out they were HaT rogues and were tossing ToT to each other back and forth, spamming Fan of Knives. Their overall damage was quite a bit higher than mine. On the boss fights, guess who consistently came in first? The fury warrior. (Me.) Was I sucking it up that night? Honestly, I'm still not sure. I'm regularly in 1st (or 2nd :P ) in 10 and 25 man raids (where those same two rogues are present).
To be clear, I'm not boasting. Just trying to provide a little perspective. My point is simply this: Follow the advice in this thread. Reexamine your spec, focus on getting gear upgrades that are most effective for Fury, do a little bit of reading on prioritizing your attacks (WW > BT > Slam! HS if Rage > 50-60% depending on your rage generation). Fury is a great DPS build, but it's not a magic button and, contrary to what some folks seem to think, it requires a bit more than face-rolling to work. Do these things and your damage, where it matters, will be more than sufficient.
