Hi guys!
I'm feral driud, and of course I have LW as one of profs. You know, that perfect patches for legs. But now I've realized that skinning is not such great second prof for me. Well, +32 crit rate is pretty good for cat, but I've chosed tank way.
Which one is good enough as second prof?

JC can use 3x 41 stam gems, and they will fill any meta requirement themselves. BS will get you 3 extra gem slots. Enchanting gets you ring enchants(24 or 28 stam each, I don't remember). Inscription gets you a sexy shoulder enchant that is best in game for tanking(not to mention you can make your own glyphs, making respec's easier). Alchemy for trinkets, and flask/pot making.
Up to you really.
IMO, go with JC or BS. But it will cost you a ton of G to level it up. JC will be much cheaper than BS as a second profession without the grinding counterpart.

BS is just 2 extra gem slots. Gloves and Bracers. The belt socket is BoE.

There really isn't a bad choice.
Herbalism - Moneymaker, as well as a nice self-heal. Combine with Glyph of Frenzied Regen for 2400hp.
Enchanting - Offers +32 AP for kitty rings, +19 SP for caster, and +24 stamina for you. +48 stamina is nothing to huff at, especially for a self-sufficient profession that you can't get anywhere else.
Alchemy - Indestructible Alchemist's Stone is great for us (75 sta / 50 dodge), plus Mixology bonuses.
Inscription - Shoulder enchants and glyphs.
Jewelcrafting - Huge +stat gems and nifty rings and trinkets
Blacksmithing - Extra gem sockets, could be important for fulfilling metagem requirements. There's a couple interesting crafted weapons that could be viable later on with the changes to feral attack power.
Mining - Weaker choice, but now that it is +stamina than +hp, is better than it was. Also, farming your Mining skill is easier than ever
Also, don't count skinning out. With our new passive defense, Savage Defense, +crit becomes like a warrior's +block. For now, it still gives us self-healing, rage, extra threat, and such. If you switch to Balance, you want crit high for Eclipse and Nature's Grace. And if you're off-tanking, there are a ton of fights where you'll be going kitty form since a druid tank's dps as kitty is much higher in tank gear/spec than any other. Honestly, I'd hold on to it.

All I can say is this:
Figurine - Monarch Crab
filled with 2 x
Solid Dragon's Eyes
- it will provide 245 stamina in Dire Bear Form for a properly talented Bear Tank and also 7.62% dodge for 10 seconds, once every minute (equivalent to an average 1.27% permanent dodge). And based on what we have seen in Burning Crusade regarding specific JC Trinkets and the fact that it is blue quality (go figure!), it is VERY likely it will be upgradable in the upcoming content patch (Ulduar), maintaining a top position among tanking trinkets.
In my opinion, the best Bear Tank trinket in game right now. And it beats the hell out of the 48 stamina you can get on rings from enchanting. And even the
Master's Inscription of the Pinnacle
, which only provides 0.8% more dodge than the Sons of Hodir inscription.
So far I think the best combo of professions for a Bear Tank is either LW + JC or EN + JC.

Personally, I have Enchanting and Jewelcrafting. It's lovely.

Well, comparing enchanting with leatherworking and mining is leading to this conclusion: they ALL provide the same benefit in terms of special tanking buffs: +48 stamina from EN on rings, +50 stamina from LW on bracer (when compared to the +40 normal enchant) and +50 stamina from mining. The thing is about personal preference. I have an alt to earn money with, he is miner and herbalist, pure gatherer. So I preferred two crafting professions for my bear, thus choosing, like Mr
Slimda
here, JC + EN.

The only difference between Aadramelekh and me here, is that I don't have other chars with gathering-professions...
