Taking both Death Rune Mastery + Reaping leaves a ton of Death Runes, but what are you going to use them on? Obliterate? You didn't take Annihilation so now you've got to reset your diseases each strike...
If you want to do both PvP and PvE realitively well, then try out a Blood/Unholy mix. Maybe something similiar to
this
