"Ready to start raiding" is circumstantial. Will you be raiding with friends? With a guild? Does said guild already have it cleared? Is it just starting out? Will you be joining purely PuG groups? ect ect.
Each 'type' of raiding has a different impact on personal stats. If you are raiding with friends, and they are undergeared themselves, then every bit of your gear makes a difference. But the point here is to have fun and work through it with your buddies. Same thing with a new guild working through content. BUT, if you are still a little undergeared, theres nothing wrong with just clearing spider each week, it will help you gear faster.
If you are joining a guild that clears it already, you can probably go in greens. Just be attentive to the fights and your DPS will get carried a little by the more well geared members. Just make sure the raid knows this ahead of time so you get don't attacked for under preforming.
PuGs is a harder situation. Do you only want to join PuGs that you know will clear the instance? If so, be prepared to have them inspect you and ask for your stats when it comes to DPS. These pugs are generally harder to get into, as most of the members have already cleared naxx several times. If you are to join any random pug, be sure to understand that you may easily clear one or two wings, but may very well not clear all the way to Saph/KT.
But yes, you are probably ready. Get that trinket and you'll be pretty well set.
I suggest
Gear Wishlist to check yourself. Look through each list for the highest item you can obtain through non raids and get it. Be warned, it only knows math and stat values, it isn't a replacement for logic and knowing your own character.
