You're enhance. ;) Basically you are supposed to count on the mana from replenishment and shamanistic rage to keep you going. Most of your gear is also itemized for hit/ap/crit and not for intellect, which is a secondary stat on shaman/hunter mail.

For enhancement that is just fine, you don't need that much more int

Also something else to consider, I remember JaxOmen talking about Ancestral Knowledge for enhance some time back. Essentially he said that more than 2 points in it didn't provide a significant ap increase, and it was just for getting to the next tier. You can toss the free points into Shamanistic Focus, grab elemental focus, and finish out Elemental Fury. If you're not running around with a frost dk regularly, you might also want to consider taking improved windfury totem, though the only place you can pull points from is improved stormstrike.
And I understand the need for improved stormstrike when you use static shock, so I'm not sure how its possible to do that until the next patch when they reduce the points needed to max out unleashed rage. -_-

It's as was said previously, take 3 points out of Ancestral Knowledge and place one into Shamanistic Focus. The other two can go where ever you want it really. And make sure to abuse Shamanistic Rage's short cooldown of 2 minutes.
Honestly, my Shaman has about 9.6k mana and I'm not having much mana issues unless I'm spot healing or something like that.
