While the usual ranking applies (spellpower > haste > crit) in terms of ranking of stats from a dps point of view, crit isn't that far back that 89 crit rating will be a lower dps increase than 13.35 spellpower.
If you had a ~50 sp difference to consider then it would be tougher and we'd have to look at the precise stat weighting for your specific case, but here (and considering dps only), it's clearly the crit ones that win.
If you have mana problems however, the spirit ones will win over a long fight.
@Faar : i don't really agree, it's quite clear what is best in what scenario depending on the stats you globally have. The main point that could screw you up is the coming or absence of a replenisher in the raid (or missing a mage and its +10% crit buff which makes Eclipse quite slower to proc), but appart from that template and gearing are quite straghtforward decisions. Gearing in order not to be OOM has always been a thing to consider in BC too unless you had your personnal pocket shadow priest. It's the same now only that the sp needn't be in your group and that more classes can do that role.
I personnaly like being able to decide between AoE and single target, utility and fun and so on, and can't say i feel too restricted in my usual raiding pve template either.

That's about it, the 225% crit damage seems a bit high but might work/be compensated by NG procs anyway (or it's because you already took it into account). Usually you'll end up having your crit worth around 0.6-0.7 compared to 1 spell damage which is in the range that you got.
As i said, having a high sp difference or crit vs haste requires to get some precise numbers, but in this case it was quite obvious (that is, when knowing the average relative values of each stats).
