10% haste, plus the rest your raid should bring along. makes it 2 seconds.

The more people take damage, the more useful the spell is. So when you have an OT getting hit nearly as often as the MT, it'll run it's course very fast and give you the full healing. Likewise, the spell moves to the player with the next highest aggro, so it should jump between tanks.

Okay, when everyone is talking about unbuffed spellpower, are you saying totally unbuffed? Or with IF and DS up (because they would never ever not be up.)
unbuffed is without IF. and DS. WHy do you ask?
only issue i find is you ranking crit higher than haste, i know there has long been debate about these 2 stats and which is better for holy, personally ive seen haste as much better HPS than crit, as it is always there and crit as random, and with how much AoE healing we do, we usually have surge of light or holy con. procs up all the time with 15%-20% crit, so i think it may be worth just saying it as "crit/haste" rather then crit then haste, and mabye add a little note about it being argued about which is better
Crit increases HPS and it your main source of longevity. Haste only increases HPS and maybe the chance to crit due to more casting, leading to longevity. Crit wins, but not by much!

@ hex
The builds and guides are for end game raiding. not heroics. You will always struggle with mana in heroics while your gear set is being built. We have all been through it!
@ Rulker
There is a nice adon called PoM tracker on curse. it shows who has your PoM if its still active. My advice is that if the majority of damage is incoming on the tank and raid healing is minimal, use your PoM on the tank and refresh it if necessary. If high raid damage or continual raid damage is present, let your PoM go its duration, since it will probably be used up at some point and allows you to focus on multi healing spells.
Healing focus is a preference. Most of the spells i use (CoH, Imp. Renew, Instant FoL proc's) dont need it since there is no pushback. If your play style is based around PoH and greater heals, casted flash heals, then i recommend taking it.
yes, forget about holy nova.
Yes, divine Hymn is an oh *!@# ability. If you see your whole raid is low and everyone cant keep up, pop it. If you find yourself using it a lot. It might be worth (probably on wipe nights) getting Inner Focus from the discipline tree. Macro that and its very high healing output.
Tank healing isnt really your thing. Before the tank pulls its usually a PoM and a renew. then leave it up to the tank healers. If you see the tank in trouble or pulled an extra mob. Use your guardian spirit. it heals every single healer targeting that target by improving the healing by 40%. I recommend the glyph too.
I personally gem hybrid gems. SP + SPI, Sp + Int. You can usually get the set bonuses with these. Remember that you get spell power with spirit aswell as regen. So spirit is very useful, trinket that gives passive spirit increase or mp5 increase as well as spellpower are brilliant. as they allow for more regen and more throughput. best of both worlds.
hope these answers help.

see on our server its usually achievements which is very annoying. if they ask for HPS, then i recommend you lie. your there for gear. A holy priest can get away with being slightly under geared than say dps or tanks. HPS depends on the damage going round, otherwise your not healing, therefor you have low HPS.
So just do your best. thats all that any raid leader, PuG or not, wants.
