Slow goes in the main hand.
You level quickly in azeroth now so don't worry too much about spec/gear until you hit outland/northrend.

I would actually go with Stormstrike at level 40. I find the whiff factor of DWing frustrating, so don't start dual-wielding until you've picked up a couple of levels of IDW for that extra hit.
So true, ~15% miss sucks when you start, but its doable, try and get some gear with hit, even though there is next to none at your level.

and when u are 44(points in stormstrike,dual wield and dual wield specialization)get urself two axes and it STV!
